We LOVE Simmons! We moved to Mount Pleasant in 2023. Both my husband and myself being from coastal beach towns, we immediately started looking for a fresh fish store! Simmons is always well stocked with fresh fish, dips, side options, sauces, desserts, and a great frozen section as well. They also have apparel and some local candies/candles. The staff is amazing, super helpful, and always friendly.

Close to the beach, Harris Teeter, and the connector, Simmons is in a great and convenient location. We highly recommend!

Awesome seafood selection. Get some stone crab, crab cakes, local shrimp, local oysters, etc. We come here every time we are in town.

Great selection of fish. Everyone who works there is extremely nice and attentive.

Read the local reviews, and this place seemed like a good place to get shrimp. I went in and got a 3 lb bag of shrimp and key lime pie. The shrimp were good, but the key lime pie I wasn't so impressed with. If I had to complain about anything, I was supposed to get the jumbo shrimp, and I got the normal ones, but that's my fault for not checking. I will definitely stop back in when I'm down there again next year and try it

Popped in for some good fish and fresh caught shrimp and wasn’t remotely disappointed. Took the mongers recommendation on fish and was very glad I did. Great job!

Don’t waste your money… this place is an absolute joke when it comes to oysters. I’ve never been so disappointed when buying a bushel. Should’ve check the bag before leaving. They got our money this time but I’ll make sure to NEVER come back

No trip to IOP is complete without a stop (or 2, or 3…) to Simmons. Been coming here for years and they consistently provide the best local seafood with friendly service. The seafood is always fresh but don’t forget the crab dip and Key Lime pie!!

I called to find out what fish was available Who ever picked up phone was short nasty and then hung up. I guess I asked to many questions I was going to purchase over $500. I will now go somewhere else

Great seafood, including super fresh shrimp and a nice selection of locally caught fish, as well as a solid collection of dry goods and sauces. But the absolute star of the show is their key lime pie. Seriously. I don't understand how a fishmonger in a strip mall has the best key lime pie I've ever eaten in my life, but I'm not upset about it. ? It's been a year since I last visited, and I'm still telling random strangers about it.... Including you!
