Would not recommend as a poc. The environment seemed very unwelcoming and my family and I were very uncomfortable. We got a lot of glares and the waitress kept rushing us. We decided to just take our food to go.

Very good food. One server was great, the other tended to chat far to long at tables when we were waiting to order.

Ooooooo child! I can't say enough about this cute little spot! Fresh flowers on the table?! What a special classy stylish touch! Kudos to whoever does the flowers! Fantastic job! The service was terrific, efficient, friendly and as cute as a button. Then the food came and let me tell you that was the best fried shrimp plate I've had since my papa was alive, God rest his soul. And I even finished my coleslaw and I don't even like coleslaw!! Oh my goodness and them fries with the truffle oil and Parmesan, out of this world!! Gurl I can't wait to go back and try the fried chicken!! Two snaps up and 5 stars in a circle!!

Tucked away on Hwy 17 is this quaint restaurant with loads of personality. It's not a large restaurant but has outside seating and plenty of parking. The choices of food were excellent. The crab cakes were the best we'd had any where. The flourless chocolate cake was remarkable. There was a small group of 12 who were there celebrating a birthday. So much fun for a small group to meet and celebrate. Moe, our waitress, was attentive, personable, and engaging. She made our visit special! Definitely a place we will return to when we spend time in South Charleston.

Couldn't wait to try this place, not sure I need to go back. Service was not very good. One person in our group spent most of dinner without her food. It finally came without even an apology. Setting itself is pretty cool. Maybe just an off night..

Small dining room with exceptional food and service on Valentine’s Day dinner. Will definitely be back. Delicious!!!!! Valentine’s Day menu had great choices.
First time ever going there and the food was great but my dessert the banana pudding with Carmel was not great. No bananas and just regular pudding instead of a banana cream pudding. I ate it because of the price it cost. Not happy with it at all. The dessert needs lots of help. Maybe they should improve it or make banana pudding cake and then maybe put Carmel pieces on it.Parking: Found a place up front.Kid-friendliness: My two granddaughters meal was good and they really enjoyed sharing the smores dessert.

Great atmosphere and service at the back cocktail bar! Met some friends for a Friday drink and we'll be back. The staff were friendly and efficient with the crowd. Inside the cocktail bar building can get loud but the back patio is stellar. They have a full bar selection with several fun and themed cocktails. The only food we got were the fried pickles which were okay but not great.

We had drinks and dinner at the Speakeasy Bar behind the restaurant. It was cozy with live music. The drinks and food were exceptional. It may be our local go-to place for a relaxing drink.
