This is exactly what I look for with Mexican street food. Everything is excellent, coke in glass bottles in coolers, and the tacos were fantastic. Will definitely be coming back to this great spot

These are the best tacos in Charleston by far!!!!! El Molina is a close 2nd place but these are phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and stop in for lunch. $12 for 3 tacos, can’t beat that!

I love the outside location with picnic tables. Great place to meet up with people. A bit disappointed in the food. I had a pork taco that was on a warm corn tortilla, not fried and quite floppy with one other ingredient. Wasn’t enough of anything on it for the $5.00 that was paid. I have tried them multiple times to try different foods, and only the scopes were better; but again warmed corn tortilla, not cooked on grill or flat top. Not a lot of flavor in anything I tried.

Great food, kind staff! Got ours to go, but had fun tossing a ball during our brief wait, plenty of room for families to spread out, rice was a favorite!

Latina stuck in Fast Food Ohio, in need of legit Mexican food. Thank goodness we found Tacos Familia. Such kind and sweet people who make seriously Ricisimo food. If I had more stomachs room I would’ve eated more. We shared the 4 birria tacos and a carnitas mulita - todo salió sabrosas! The flavor was spot on and the table salsas were delicious. Sat outside and enjoyed our authentic Mexican tacos.

This spot may not look fancy, but it’s fantastic! The food was amazing; everything we ordered was delicious. The cleanliness really impressed us—they were closing up when we were there, and they thoroughly washed all the tables and seats with soap and a pressure washer. Highly recommend!
