Worst Bojangles I have ever been to.. Chicken was so over cooked we had to feed it to the dogs. We got 8 piece family meal and got one breast 5 legs and two pieces of thighs. Guess I should have been black to get the good chicken at this location. It should be closed. If you pull up to drive through don't look in the window. Kitchen was very nasty and the pot's were black. Nasty nasty

Terrible service. Ordered food at 1532 said it would be ready at 1603 (30 minutes). Arrived at 1615 and order was not ready. Said they had to cook more wite meat. How f'ing long can it take to cook chicken. Our order should have been prepared during the 40 minutes from the time we ordered until we got there. This is not the first issue with this location. Several times we have gone through the drive through, got home, and order was not correct. We have placed many orders with other Bojangles in the area and NEVER had an issue with the order. Never again will I spend my money at this location!

I specifically asked the drive-thru robot if they were serving biscuits and it said "Yes". But after a 10 minute wait, after I had paid, I was informed they were "out of biscuits" at 7:30. This location has been slow and strange for years. It can't possibly be the employees. At this point I'm beginning to suspect this location is a money laundering front. Even if you're desperate, skip this place. Scrap the worse than useless drivethru tech and buy more biscuit dough.

Food is always good. A computer takes drive through orders & it sucks. AI is the worst. They have messed up my orders 3 times now. Staff is always helpful to correct but it's still a pain.
Sign says they open at 5. I'm here at 6:15 and the drive thru AI took my order but the are closed inside. Employees are in there but the lights are off, no one is at the drive thru window, and nothing is cooking.

Made me wait 10 minutes in drive thru (assuming chicken or fries were still cooking)…I get the food, the chicken and fries are both stale and dry like it had been out on the counter all night. Didn’t put the biscuit in my combo meal, and zero apology for the wait. Two stars because sometimes the place is pretty decent

Go inside and there is a 10 minute wait on chicken.I left the last time without purchasing because they were out of chicken. They are not that busy. That's my last time going. Where are the owners? Not that they would care, but was waiting in line and 3 staff members looked at us and did not acknowledge or take our order. Why pay these workers if they don’t want to work! No one does these days. Walked out after waiting 10 minutes and they were just packing up food right in front of us. Terrible service.

Went through drive thru ordered my food manager asked if a 10 minute wait was fine. Told him that’s fine…pull up and start waiting for my food, about 30 MINUTES LATER they bring me a bag of food that is not even what I ordered. Went in to correct the issue and the girl behind the counter started arguing with me that was my order when clearly my receipt showed something completely different (that was my correct order) ended with me just getting a refund due to them just want to argue with me . Also there’s was multiple inside complaining all their orders were completely messed up. Horrible place to try and eat at. Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE customer service.

Was coming in from out of town and the service and food was TERRIBLE. They didn’t have chicken besides supremes . staff had friends in there giving out food to but we waited almost 20 mins for tenders (that were cold). We ordered season fries and they gave us cold macaroni and cheese (which we didn’t ask for). When asked about our fries, they said they didn’t have any. Staff was rude and entitled. Will NEVER stop here again and don’t recommend stopping for anyone else
