Went through the drive through and was waiting for 15-20 min to go ahead with our order, only got “one” person working there as that’s what the guy said and there’s several cars in the parking lot. They weren’t busy there should have been no reason we were waiting that long! Got others behind us waiting and hollering getting frustrated! They need to have more people working there not just 1 or a couple people working! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

by far the worst experience I’ve ever had or imagined! Placed online order 2 hours prior to arrival and food wasn’t even cooked yet. The all of the employees were arguing and about to fight each other. Then they didn’t have half of the food and when they finally gave me the order it was missing almost half. Had to tell them 4 times! Soooo unbelievable. I will walk to the Ravenel location before I come back here!!

30 minutes for fast food isn't cool.Also why is it so hard to fulfill an order correctly?Fire everyone and start over. Corporate should do something about this owner too. I love Bojangles but this is a very troubled location.
Got bo berry biscuits on the way to work and they are plain no icing ? Since when do they not include icing? Tried calling multiple times and no one answers. So now I have to go back and waste more time on my way home to get refunded because I’m not eating these plain. Very disappointed.

I've been going to this Bojangles for about 10 years but I believe I've had enough. The last three times I've asked for Bo-berry biscuits they haven't had any. The last two times I asked for fries they didn't have any. They didn't tell me today until they informed me at the window that they put Bo-rounds in the order because they had no fries. It used to be hit or miss with service and food but now it's always a miss. I thought it was bad the time they didn't have any chicken but I took that as some freak event. If you go there for a Cajun chicken biscuit and nothing else then I would recommend but I would avoid if you want ANYTHING ELSE because they probably won't have it

We sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes until we finally went inside. They then proceeded to make our food once we reminded them of our order.Food was standard Bojangles - biscuit and chicken were very fresh. Fries were great too but the serving size was pretty scarce.Prices have also gone up everywhere. $20 for 2 chicken tender meals is crazy.
