Great ice cream shop. Incredibly sourced products. Some of the best smooth, creamy ice cream ever.Owner was very friendly and told us where he found these amazing flavors. The espresso is out of this world good.Will definitely return if we are ever in the area.

So you allow your workers to close before 9pm if they don't have any customers? I got there at 852pm for a milkshake and Madison said management said they are allowed to close early. Very strange to me.

I'm from out of town & saw the reviews weren't great but the pictures of shakes made me curious. If you want high quality ice cream with loads of ice cream in your treat, try this place! We got the very chocolate shake and root beer float. There was a lot of ice cream in the root beer float & the cashier gave us the bottle of root beer on the side. The very chocolate was well blended and loaded with ice cream and fudge. $17 total but well worth it.

I was coming here often until I experienced a joke of customer service. Its 9:09pm on a Saturday and closing is 10pm. Go in to order a milkshake and I am denied by the rude employee because “she already cleaned the machine”. I would not be happy with rejecting patronage if this was my establishment.

The quality was very good, but $9.93 for the small cup of chocolate and vanilla with dark chocolate chips ($11+ with tax and 15% tip) seemed way too high. The prices will keep me from going back unfortunately.

Visited Saturday may 13th around 7pm. It was not busy. A singular teen girl behind the counter working, no indication that she worked there beyond being behind the counter. Company t shirt, hat etc. Long hair not pulled back long fingernails with ungloved hands. 3 teens sitting at the counter, 2 of which went behind the counter after placing My order. 1 a male with no shoes on, in socks only. Went and sat behind the counter. A second teen girl went behind the counter and asked the1st girl if she could make my shake. She was wrapped in a blanket, also long nails with no gloves. I'm not faulting the teens. We've all been there, but I do fault the owner or GM for having no idea what's going on. Also, my shake was basically a glass of milk with a scoop of ice cream. Not blended or anything.

There was only one person working so the lines were long and they were unprepared when they opened. After 20 minutes of them setting up, I got a Boba tea. I was not impressed. It is a cute place though
