After waiting almost 2 hours for delivery even though I only live 5 mins down the road, it finally arrived to only be the wrong pizza, I’m glad I noticed due to being allergic to the toppings but 2 hour wait for a pizza to end in the garbage

I never got my food and the store isn’t answering the phone for a refund. I’ve been waiting for hours. If you want efficiency or competency do not order from this location.

I find it tragic when an order is handled so poorly and then despite efforts to call and discuss it’s not possible.
Placed an almost 95.00 order today and was profoundly disappointed with it. Two of the three pizzas were fine. The 3rd a pacific veggie pizza had only cheese. Not a single vegie was on it, and this “specialty pizza” was 21.00. As well I ordered (and was billed) two marble brownies, and then received only one. Asked the delivery guy (very nice guy) about the second and he said they only sent one.
Tried to reach out for help, first online, and then a call to the store. My only option was a free 2 topping pizza coupon (or a 20% off coupon). Disappointing that I paid 21.00 for a wrong specialty pizza and get a 9.99 2 topping result. Even worse, however was the call to the store. My intention was to ask for credit on the 2nd marble brownie that I didn’t get. The end result? I held for ten (10) minutes and finally hung up as no one answered my call being on hold. Incredible. Absolutely incredible.
We have always appreciated Dominoes in the past however the last two experiences were marginal and this experience unacceptable. Will sever my being a loyal patron after such a failure to care about the business and the customers needs.
I highly recommend, if you’re shopping for pizza, you consider all the options, of which there are many. Your order will be a gamble in accuracy, and you still get billed for something you never received. Above all their customer service just doesn’t exist. Perhaps you’ll have better luck. But since I can’t get resolve in these situations, I feel I must caution you and your decision. There are too many great pizza places around.

I will never order from here again. They never follow simple instructions. Pizzas are never made right, theyre skimpy with toppings, and its way overpriced for what it is (garbage pizza). The tracking system they provide is useless, the deliveries are never on time. You get a quote for 30 mins for your delivery and an hour and a half goes by with no heads up. Theres several local pizza joints on the island, spend your money elsewhere. This location has poor management and cant keep the place staffed. Sadly seems like reviews are the only thing that can get corporate to make changes these days.

Ordered online, got to the store 15 minutes later, and still had to wait 35 minutes for a single freaking order of pretzel twists. On top of that, those employees need to be committed to an institute for the deaf and mute since they don’t know how to speak up and welcome a paying customer when they walk in the door.

They initially made two medium pizzas when I ordered larges. However they were so kind and remorseful they immediately remade the larges, let me keep the two mediums and threw in a free brownie for the inconvenience. That is true customer service and accountability. Well done!

I place order and my boyfriend got there to pick it up and they told him they never received it ! My card was charged and then they told him to come back in 20 minutes so he did and it still wasn’t ready.. so he waited another 20 minutes and came back still no pizza! This is really ridiculous that employees can not do a simple task.. so we never got any food !!! Do Not go there..

We placed our order at 6:46 and it was still not ready at 8:24. Standing in the store they said they were 65 pizzas behind. The language and behavior being exhibited by employees at the front of the store (not those on the backend) was entirely unacceptable. Who I believe to be the owner came in and did the right thing by putting the disruptive employees in their place. At some point they should stop taking orders and catch up. No offer to comp anything on the order either. Will not be visiting this store for a while even though I respect the owner for laying down the law to individuals who clearly have no work ethic. Pizza Hut is a 1/4 mile away.

More than 50 minutes waiting for a simple order

Refused to deliver our food in a timely manner waited over 2 hours for our order and we were still required to pay. As management of our own restaurants we are deeply disappointed in the service and quality of dominos.
