Don’t believe “quality check” for delivery orders. I have yet to receive an accurate order. If you order extra sauces, don’t bet on getting them and when you call they aren’t happy about it and actually ask if you really want to wait 30 more minutes to get them!
Always get pizza from here and it’s ALWAYS amazing
Said our pizza would be ready in a hour, went there to pick in a hour wait at the windows 15 mins with no luck went in asked for my pizza they said another 25 to 30 mins, then a young lady came in never asked name or anything, girl came over gave her her order and took her money. I canceled my order never again!! If you can not get it done stop taking orders!!
I placed an online order & attempted to pick it up at the drive-thru window. There was a car in front of me & I waited at least 10-15 minutes behind them. They drove off & then I waited another 10 plus minutes at the window. I noticed at least 4 employees working and not one of them acknowledged my existence. I know they saw me but didn't care to say anything. I finally gave up and drove off. Worst experience I've ever had at this location and it will be my last.

I have eaten at this dominos weekly for the past 8 years and ordered the same way every time, I called at about 9pm to place a carry out order was told I had to place the order online I replied and said so you’re telling me I can’t call to order a pizza over the phone, there was a brief silence and then the guy hung up the phone, I tried to call back and as soon as the phone connected he hung up again. I went down to the store to talk to the manager and he said I didn’t hear the phone ring do you want to order a pizza or not. I will no longer be a customer of dominos
This Dominos is terrible. Stay away! I ordered food from them but they delivered to the wrong address. They kept my money and wouldn’t redeliver food. Worst franchise ever. Stay AWAY!
The absolute worst...2 hrs to get here and order was wrong. Ohh well
Ordered a GF pizza with extra sauce and some toppings. Pizza was great and ready as promised. Communication during pickup was a little lacking and it seemed a hectic for no else being there at the time. But I still would recommend this location.

I leave reviews often and when I do I try to make sure that they are the positive ones. I unfortunately cannot give one this time and it saddens me cause this is my local store on the island and we don’t have many options on Johns Island. My pizza was ice cold and burned. Come on people, we don’t have many great options when it comes to fast food.

Very amazing job with the thin crust and the hand tossed pizza. My fellow family member said that the garlic sauce was wonderful

OK, I try not to leave a ton of reviews for numerous reasons. I don’t have anything bad to say about the delivery guy because he was very nice, and I really don’t think he was the one to blame. That being said… I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a Philly cheesesteak, And a buffalo chicken pizza with ranch sauce extra buffalo sauce. The order was estimated per the Domino’s online delivery tracker to take 38 minutes for delivery.. it took 20 minutes for the tracker to list my pizza as having been in the status of “quality check”. As of 5:48 PM…. I tried calling in at 6:27 because it said that it was still being quality checked. The next step, of course is delivery on your website. No answer……At 6:38 I called in to make sure my pizza had not been sitting for 50 minutes after having finished being cooked. Your employee indicated he doesn’t handle that part and doesn’t know the answer. about 10 minutes later I got the text message saying that my delivery driver was pulling up. I checked your pizza tracker and it said that he had left as of 6:31 PM. Which of course is odd, considering I called well after that period of time and it didn’t say that then.. Pizza was delivered at approximately 6:40 PM, over an hour after the order was placed in approximately 22 minutes after the estimated time of delivery. That would not have been a big deal if the food order was at at least proper. Your delivery driver was very friendly and handed me my order. I brought it inside and my order was not only cold, but there was no buffalo sauce, no ranch sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza, the buffalo pizza crust was ash, and the Philly cheese steak had less than an ounce of ashes that I assume were the “steak.” So in short, I don’t really know who’s to blame, and I don’t really care who in your organization is at fault. Punctuality was lacking, the quality of the food for what your restaurant’s reasonable expectation is (which isn’t that high to begin with) was very poor, and my order was wrong. This is bad all around. I tried to message you all on your website, but that doesn’t work either. Shocker. Not happy that I have to leave this review on Google, as I’ve had some average/ decent experiences in the past, but you guys have to do better. Paid around $30 to have to order a new meal.
2 hours for delivery….no thanks.
I have given this place a chance 3 times. 2 times the pizza was wrong and today it was ice cold. I have requested a refund each time. Really go ANYWHERE ELSE or make it at home at least then it will be right and hot.
