Never had a bad time at Edisto River Brewing Co. Good beer. Good people. Great outside area for kids to run around. Should be on every Charleston beer lovers visit list.

This is what a good brewery should be like. The bar area is right next to the brewing area. Great tasting variety of beers and meads and you can taste a sample.There is a food truck out front with a great reasonably priced menu. Well behaved dogs are allowed outside. Friendly staff and local patrons.....and the NFL ticket! If you can't find a beer, mead or food here that you like you should reconsider going out!

On a sunny but warm Saturday, we decided to stop at the Edisto River Brewing Company to give it a try. We were greeted by a friendly bar maid who provided us with a menu of brews. We chose "All In IPA". It was a dark brew with a flavorful taste. The beer paired nicely with some popcorn she brought out to where we sat at an outdoor picnic table. There are several picnic tables with umbrellas and fans that help keep a steady breeze. It was obvious they cater to families with pets as well as singles and couples. This is a new brewery with good potential. A must stop if you are in the area!
