Great location, plenty of parking and 3 areas for groups. Fun bar, lights on shelves of glasses that change colors. BUT the food and specials are divine! Start with Pineapple Scallops, Oysters Rockfeller, Crab Hush puppies. Add a Pina Colada/Peach/Mango with or without alcohol and in a glass or pineapple...fun! Main dishes are unique and save some room for yummy desserts. Must stop here EVERY TIME you are in Charlotte. Did I mention fresh catch of the day?
While we have thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences here in the past, during our last couple of visits, we left feeling disappointed. The quality of the food has declined, and there have been long wait times with the service. Additionally, the live music has become uncomfortably loud, to the point where we have to shout at each other just to have a conversation, which detracts from the overall dining experience.

Each time the waite staff has been extremely helpful and attentive. No matter what else is going on, they always are on point.
The gumbo is very good as are the grouper bites. The flounder is also very good.
I prefer sitting in the enclosed patio area which seems to be more comfortable although I have been inside for dinner as...
