Best coffee i’ve had in a long time! I had the bourbon honey latte and it was to die for! It is beautiful and clean inside. Would recommend!

I stopped by for a quick coffee and breakfast today. I was very surprised at how good the coffee was. One of the best cups I've had in a while. I noticed they had ham and cheese croissants too so I had one of those with my coffee. Both were delicious. This is definitely my new coffee stop when I am on Johns Island.

Parking: Plenty of parking. Handicapped spaces are on the side of the building.

Quaint little shop on Johns Island but worth finding this place. We just moved and my daughter told us about it. They are small, have a sit-down area with great coffee drinks, smoothies and pastries. Fortunately for me, they do have one item that is Gluten-Free and is delicious, the Country Ham and Pecorino Puff! I usually buy two! The weekly smoothie special flavors are nice as well.

Very good & inventive coffee drinks - their matcha is also one of the best I've had as a matcha lover. Many places don't know how to make it correctly. The interior and bathrooms are extremely clean and nicely decorated. All of the staff are friendly and patient with great energy. We loved their orange creamsicle latte special!

Where is the six-star button?? This coffee shop stands within the small percentage of coffee shops that hits it out of the ballpark on every single metric.

First of all, I have to apologize to those of you who don't get to see Fatima's smiling face when you walk in the door. I know you have to be out there because I doubt she works every day from opening to close. You see, any shop can have great coffee, perfect coffee, sublime coffee, but none other than this one, can have a Fatima.

But even the friendliest person at the register wouldn’t make up for mediocre coffee. And so Gold Star stands on its own in that regard. I mean, where else can you get a Salted Bourbon Honey Latte?

As one other reviewer put it, “HO Ma GAH!!” Oh, mah, gawd, is right. In fact, it might be slightly understating it. I wish I had taken a picture of my drink, but somehow it disappeared altogether too quickly before any photos could be taken.

I contented myself with just purchasing the honey instead. Yes! They have it available amongst their other amazing things to purchase!

Every single way I could think of to rate this coffee shop positively, I would rate it way, way above average. Get there. Quick. Even if you have to cross a couple of states, like we did, to get there.
