Drove 30mins out the way to come grab lunch here just to meet a locked door. 2pm and they said they are open until 9. Kind of disappointing

Called in and received horrible customer service. Was put on hold multiple times asking simple questions. Even if it’s good pizza, I would rather pay papa John’s for average customer service. Would not recommend.

Attention Ji Pizza educate yourself:
An 18-inch pizza is significantly larger than a medium pizza (typically 12-14 inches) and is considered an extra-large or large size, often serving 6-8 people.
Ordered two large pizzas for two and they charged me $80 for trashcan size pizzas. Will not return after giving them one more try in which we used to order from them all the time. Called and was told that we warn people before order placed about 24” pizza. . BS, employee said so what and hung up. Great Customer Service!

I ordered a slice and it a burnt center. I questioned the presentation and was told all the slices were the same. It also did not have any cheese pull. It appears the quality has gone down on the local spot.
I once lived off Maybank Hwy JI was our pizza place by choice. We relocated to West Ashley area. I’m from New York JI pizza was the closest you’ll get to NY pizza. Unfortunately the last two occasions I’ve noticed a difference, they are barely putting cheeses or sauce on the pizza now! I brag about JI to friends and family that when they visited Charleston I would buy pizza from JI.. I will say once upon a time your establishment heart was in making pizza. The presentation isn’t the same the crust was hard, No sauce & No cheese! I hope you read my review and make the proper changes of putting your heart in every slice or pie like it’s your last! As it stands for me driving that far isn’t worth it. Thank You please fix this problem

Picked this place at random as we were traveling through the area and just needed to grab a quick bite. It was the BEST pizza! Totally unexpected from a strip mall shop that does primarily take-out. I would eat there all the time if I was in the area.
