Always love a good KFC. Ordered 3 pc with 2 biscuits and a diet Pepsi. One biscuit was forgotten but I went back around and they were super nice and apologized. I love their biscuits. Always a 5* from me! Staff are great

Doing much better than previous times. Only serving from the window. 12 PC meal almost $50. Make sure all is in the bag before you leave. I have came back for what was missing after calling and still have items missing after calling ahead about the items missing 😕. Last 2 times I have ordered have been correct. Traffic is to harsh to have to drive back from Johns Island.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this KFC for quite some time, as it’s conveniently located along my regular routes. The food has always been great, and in the past, the service and management have consistently impressed me with their courtesy and professionalism.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences have taken a disappointing turn due to one specific employee. Since around March 2025, I’ve noticed a stark contrast in service whenever an employee named Rachel is working—her name tag identifies her clearly.

I understand that everyone has off days, and I normally don’t let the occasional rudeness bother me. However, the repeated unprofessionalism from this individual has reached a level that’s hard to ignore. Today was the last straw: I was refused drive-thru service for no justifiable reason and was forced to come inside to collect my food—despite the drive-thru being operational. The way Rachel interacted with me was not only dismissive but shockingly disrespectful. Her body language, tone, and attitude made it clear she viewed my presence as an inconvenience rather than a consumer.

In any customer-facing role, especially in food service, kindness and professionalism are essential (I have extensive F&B experience including in management). Rachel’s behavior is not only unwelcoming—it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. If I were managing this location, I would be deeply concerned, as her actions could very well damage the reputation the rest of the staff work hard to uphold.

This incident has made me seriously reconsider whether I will continue to visit this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary adjustments to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

Holy crap this is the worst fast food place I've ever been to ... First off the lobby doesn't open here I'm told so drive thru only maby put that on a door or your site.

The real problem tho was I ordered the family meal box I got the worst attitude ever just ordering like if you don't like your job pleeeease move on your just ruining people's days but the food was burnt I couldn't eat anything but the 2 largest pieces of chicken in the whole box the Fry's were half filled and crunchy after they parked me saying there waiting on the Fry's ...... The nuggets in the box were tiny like the left overs at the bottom of the bin so small they were hard to recognize my dog wouldn't even eat them ......

Too it all off the point of that box is it comes with a few sauce options in the box I opened it half way home to see the wreck of a meal and no sauce at all .... I know minor inconvenience there but with the food how it was the attitude from hell and then I tell my brother who sighs and says you went to the one on 17 didn't you ..... How is this place known for this service ?! Everyone Iv told warns me not to go there like I was supposed to have known this I kept my receipt and will be calling corporate as well this store needs totally shut down restaffed and reopened or just closed. Run don't walk away RUN!

Ordered food for my kids, to save time after a late shift. Got tender box with fries and a waffle. Picked up, got all the way home, gave the boxes to my kids and guess what no fries!!! This isn't the first time this KFC has made mistakes, which i understand do happen but tonight was enough is a enough. I tried calling and it just rings, I just left their and they were not busy, in fact I was the only person there during my order pickup...i really wish manger or owner would read these reviews and somehow make up for all these issues. Food is not cheap, gas not cheap, heck time isn't cheap and I wasted it all for not getting what I ordered...what a shame.
