Ordered food for my kids, to save time after a late shift. Got tender box with fries and a waffle. Picked up, got all the way home, gave the boxes to my kids and guess what no fries!!! This isn't the first time this KFC has made mistakes, which i understand do happen but tonight was enough is a enough. I tried calling and it just rings, I just left their and they were not busy, in fact I was the only person there during my order pickup...i really wish manger or owner would read these reviews and somehow make up for all these issues. Food is not cheap, gas not cheap, heck time isn't cheap and I wasted it all for not getting what I ordered...what a shame.
They need to improve this establishment in customer service and consistency because they arent focused with food being expedited correctly. This KFC its subpar, unexceptable and disgraceful.

Didn't have Original chicken đ I couldn't believe they didn't have Original chicken!!!
Added extra crispy chicken to the wrong meal, forgot all of our sauces we ordered as well as all of the drinks we ordered.

The chicken is soggy not fried enough got a family meal and costed $44 for a 12 piece of chicken wonât be coming back to this place itâs horrible!
Service was great, food was standard. The issue is I went in with a mailed coupon sheet that advertised a $5 pot pie until March 1st and a coupon good until 3/29. Neither were on the register, so the poor employees had to call their manager who had to call someone else and they finally resolved the issue to my satisfaction not this is unacceptable. Plus they moved to TX and maybe aren't even really managed in the United States?! Fortunately, I had time to wait, but if I had a limited alloted time for a lunch break, I would have been extremely upset, and it makes me wonder how much verbal abuse these employees have had to endure because of poor corporate planning? It's not right.
Every executive and board member should go into these stores and work for a month at the lowest wage offered AND should have to live in the store area during that month on that wage, after taxes are deducted from the wages. This is ridiculous. I will not be visiting KFC again.

I ordered on app at 7:39 pm yesterday. They were supposed to be open till 9 pm . I get there in a Lyft at 8pm.we drive up to window. The workers just ignored us . I saw they were closing up . I waited till they walked out of store and asked why I didn't get my food or how to get a refund and they told me we ran out of food and then went to there cars . Never have I ever had just rudeness and pure weirdness ordering food .
My kids and I were on a road trip, stopped here and bought over $40 worth of food and received no napkins, utensils, cups, or plates. When I asked for these items the cashier said âOh we donât give those things outâ Even though I was a paying customer

You all need to stop accepting DoorDash and Uber Eats etc. orders close to closing time. This negatively affects both customer experience and driver ratings, because they are forced to cancel the order due to the restaurant being closed. This has happened for me at least more than once.

2nd time coming here and the lobby closed or the store closed in general tired to get some lunch here and was told drive thru only well to bad my work truck canât fit in the drive thru obviously so just will get lunch at Publix or somewhere else from now on
