I went here with my family for lunch on Sunday afternoon at 2:45p and all the lobby doors were locked and no signs on the door stating lobby closed or anything to that effect.

We ordered online. Got to the restaurant and they said they never received the order on their screen. They stated they had no chicken and it would be impossible to fill the order. Made no attempt to apologize for my family having no dinner. Both employees were very rude.

Just came from there, arrived at 830pm and the store hours says it closes at 9pm… yet somehow they were already closed. Will never return here and would not recommend any human to go here either.
