Great job McDonald’s of Johns Island!! Couldn’t order via the app as the system was down. But I went thru the line and ordered. First window was closed so I go to the second window where I handed a $100 bill to the cashier. Then she gave me some change and some bills immediately following with a drink and a bag of food.

Just look at all the terrible reviews. This McDonalds is the absolute worst. Especially the evening crew.
We waited 40 minutes for our curbside order that was NEVER delivered. The employees refused to speak to us at the locked doors. When we called they sat the phone on the counter and ignored us so we couldn’t call back. There was a long line in the drive-through but they refused to help us even Help us. The fact that they saw us and our money was taken but they refused to even help us or to give us our meal is outrageous. I’ve never had such bad customer service. And we used...read full review
