Sat at the second drive thru while orders were taken from 3 cars who pulled up after me at the first window. I backed up and went to the first window and asked if the second drive thru was broken. All she did was laugh. And then giggling said she didn’t know. Laughed through my whole order and I had to keep repeating myself. Pulled up to the window to a light skinned or Hispanic girl who was beyond rude. She didn’t even speak, just stood there there laughing with a black coworker. I wasn’t rude to her so was it so funny? Also my order was wrong when I got home. This is ridiculous.

The two girls at the 1st window were incredibly rude to me and laughed at me when I placed my order. I asked what was funny and they continued to laugh. Horrible way to treat someone.

Horrible experience. Just got home and my order was completely wrong. Missing cheeseburger and I asked for a spicy ranch chicken wrap and got a ranch wrap and a spicy wrap, both were totally inedible due to soggy lettuce, old tortilla, old chicken and the sauce being incredibly spicy hot. Tell your cashiers to not ask if we want a receipt and to just hand the receipt to the customer, because now I have no idea what I spent $20 on. Printing off a receipt seemed like a huge inconvenience to your workers. Having workers repeat orders to make sure they are correct wouldn’t hurt either. And maybe when they hand the bag of food over they could say thank you or have a good day…Something! Just a few ideas for easy improvement.

Went to the drive-thru. Ordered two chicken nugget meals with large sweet teas and sweet and sour sauce and a child's four-piece nugget and then I ordered two fish sandwiches and a large Coke zero. The bag was stuffed and as we drove down the road we found out that we did not have the chocolate milk that went with the child's nugget meal and then we found out we didn't have two fish sandwiches. We had one fish sandwich and a large fry which was never ordered It's ridiculous that you can see it on the receipt and yet that's not what's in the bag
It was night time and there were no outdoor lights on in the parking lot or any signage.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review. But this McDonald’s is truly the worst run business I think I’ve ever encountered. It’s almost laughable how bad they are at serving questionably low quality, fast food.
We live 1/4 mile away, which means we’ve TRIED to give it a second chance numerous times. And every single time we come back, they consistently suck. Between repeatedly screwing up our order, arguing with me and my wife over the accuracy of our drive-thru order, and giving us cold food, they are very good at being very bad.
