I ordered online, only got half of my order and when I called them nobody answered.

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, the #1, and when I brought it home, I had 2 pieces of cheese above and below a single patty. The cheese didn't look melted at all and one even looked like it was just taken out of the refrigerator while the bread also didn't seem toasted. The service is the same and there's really nothing wrong with it. Someone collects your money and another person gives you the food. They didn't look happy as if they knew they were giving me the wrong order or something. I'm not sure and I can't complain about the service but I was very disappointed at not receiving what I ordered.

This McDonald is so inefficient. Over 1.5 hrs to get a cheese burger meal. Ridiculous. You’ve got team member standing around catting with one another and a full pony of customers waiting on orders. One person working the register and the assembly line at the same time. Who ever manages this store should be fired along with 90% of the staff.

Drive thru order. Not sure about atmosphere. Service on drive thru was great. Took order , line moved quickly. In and out quickly! Great experience!!!!

I have attempted to go to this McDonald’s three times now. The main thing I ever get is a double cheeseburger with extra onion. The first two times there was absolutely none. This third time there was hardly any. The drive-through employees are always incredibly rude. I get that McDonald’s has a low standard anyway, but my experience has been so bad that it’s worth writing a review and never ever going to this location again. Don’t waste your time. They will go out of their way to make it a bad experience, hoping that the line will decrease so they don’t have to work if I’m being honest. And I don’t mean to be ugly. I worked in the service industry for years. People forget that it’s not hard to just do things right and be polite. Makes the day go by quicker and easier.
