Got a supreme stuffed crust pizza for takeout. Pizza is HOT. Toppings are what I asked for, and it was 7pm on a rainy Friday. Dude up front was SO NICE- he found me a coupon so it was $19 AND I scored 2 free sauces. I haven’t had a POSITIVE experience with pizza hut in a decade. - Don’t complain if you get delivery, it’s not going to be HOT when it gets there and you can’t quality check it before you purchase.- that’s facts.

I just had my food delivered to my apartment. I ordered 2 extra marinara sauce, and recieved none. I also didn’t receive my 2 litter soda. I’ve called multiple times to get a refund and no answer. They also forgot my icing with my cinnamon sticks. We have a little baby that’s why we did delivery and they forgot the important things to our meal.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. There we no pepperonis on our pizza and the littlest amount of cheese on our breadsticks. The cheese on the breadsticks was burnt or something because it was hard as a rock. We get the same thing every time and this is the first time we’ve received bad food. I’m very disappointed especially because when I called to explain what happened no one answered.

I swore never to purchase food here again since their driver backed into a valuable vase pottery piece which they never compensated me for. Too bad their ethics are not as good as their food. I called the main office they could care less. I should have pressed criminal charges for destruction of property but expected better. If it happens to U go to the police because they will do nothing.

Got the rotavirus from eating here my whole family was sick for a week and a half! Do not eat here! The same guy that works there that never speaks to you was working by his self. Very bad customer service and ruined our spring break and had to take time off of work the next week as well. We were so so sick! Not clean at all! Horrible service and food. It just really really sucks that you can’t get good food anymore. Very sad that the management allows this to continue and there is basically no way to talk to anyone about it either. DHEC needs to go there and shut them down! Please for your safety and your families safety don’t eat here! If I could give zero stars on everything I would!
Ordered a big dinner box @40.00. No time wasted in picking up 5 minutes away. Pizza was uncooked ingredients thrown everywhere and ice cold. Tried calling mgr before I reviewed for 30 minutes No ans.
