Walked in around 9pm on Feb 16..no other customers..guy was in kitchen working...I stood at counter for maybe 15mins...he finally came to counter, had a really obvious scowl on his face..didn't look at me, didn't speak...I told him my name..he gave me my pizza and walked away...never said a word to me.

Rude service, Got there 30 mins before they close, and was told rudely, that are not taking anymore orders. If you close at 8pm, then whats the problem with placing an order 30 mins before closing. This Pizza Hut has been awful lately hearing from past customers, but thought we'd give it a chance, unfortunately.

I truly can’t! I just spent $100 to have pizza delivered and they completely left out the breadsticks. FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW!! I called the store to complain and after briefly getting through after a long hold the line hung up five times!!!! Finally got thru to someone… in another country!!!!!!! Seriously. I get mistakes but FIX IT!!!!!! This is by far the worst Pizza Hut in Charleston times ten!!!!!

I couldn't eat I order a Supreme pizza without pork but put more beef. I go so much mushrooms n onions on this pizza I had to pick off half of the stuff to c the little bit of meat that was on it n that picture is a large for $25 I was way 2 far 2 turn back around to get a refund what a waste

Tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, many times. No more. Can’t wait to see what goes into that space when Pizza Hut finally closes there. Doesn’t seem far off!

Called to order carryout. Got told I had 20 minutes to get there. Laughingly I said I made it there in 8 minutes last night. Got hung up on. WOW….we order from here 2-3 times per week. Does anyone care about customer service anymore? The recording says that they are monitoring for quality assurance. I highly doubt that!

I ordered from this place and I was missing my food. I called this location to let them know I was missing my food and the moment I said that l, they put me on hold without saying anything and hung up on me!! I kept calling and no one would answer. So I called from a different number and finally they answered and said would you like to pick it up ? Why would I pick my food up if I paid extra to have my food delivered to my home ! This makes no sense. I wish I would be close by to go in person to complain, but I live in Texas and had ordered food for my grandparents to be delivered not for them to have to go pick it up after I paid the delivery fee and tip. So ridiculous! (No one ever reached back)

Tried to order a pizza and when I questioned the total the stellar employee hung up on me. Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut on Johns Island ever again. What amazing customer service you have there.
