So Sweet Cakes

I'd been looking forward to trying these sweet treats for quite some time!... Which is why I was soooo disappointed. Pictures will show just how tiny these things are. Cake pops are $3 each (I got the 2 for $5 deal) and are literally no wider than a quarter. That's less than one bite. The cupcake looked good but again it was tiny! It barely filled the container it comes in and the cake itself didn't even rise above the paper. Now I know cupcakes are not generally as big as a muffin but two bites was not worth it. I understand this is only my opinion but there was nothing overly special about the taste either, it was average. It didn't make up for the high cost and small size of the products. Bummed because I wanted to love it all.

Southerly Sweet was in my neighborhood for our weekly food truck night and I definitely hope they will be back soon! However, I would be willing to drive almost anywhere for some more of the oatmeal cream pies ?

Everything is awesome you won’t be disappointed. I have driven 1.5hrs round trip for these tasty sweets and well worth it..

Best Banana Pudding ever!!!!

We had the most amazing oatmeal cream pie that I have ever put in my mouth! The cookie would be delicious by itself, but to take 2 and put some rich cream filling in the center…YUMMY! You have to try these guys, you will not be disappointed!

These desserts are superb! The cake pops and the cakes in a jar were phenomenal, but the filled oatmeal cookies are "to die for". Highly recommend!!

Lauren made cupcakes and a smash cake for my son's Mickey Mouse themed 1st Birthday. She did an amazing job! The cupcakes were delicious and my son had a blast with his smash cake. If you are looking for an excellent experience, definitely use Lauren!

Lauren did an absolutely fabulous cake for my daughter's 1st birthday, and a separate so sweet smash cake. Not only were the cakes beautiful and just like the photos I sent her, they were absolutely delicious! I chose very specific cake flavors for each tier and she never even balked - told me no problem and wow! They were amazing. Most of my guests tried every flavor because each was better than the last. I even gave Lauren's info to 3 of my guests after the party. Thank you Lauren for making my LO 1st birthday cakes so special!
