I was in town for the weekend for my birthday and made reservations for the lounge area. When we arrived, there were people in the lounge and the server said we could sit anywhere. After I said we had reservations for the lounge, he went behind the bar for a few minutes then came back and said he was sorry and he saw the reservation but not the lounge part. That's fine, mistakes happen, but then he walked away and went back behind the bar and didn't say anything. Didn't tell us what to do next, didn't seat us somewhere else, didn't offer a solution to make it right. Eventually we just seated ourselves at a table and he brought us menus and never brought it up again. Wine was good and he was very knowledgeable, but service was very slow and it was ultimately a pretty disappointing experience.

Went to Somm for the first time with my husband last night. We were absolutely blown away by the level of service and the quality of the food and drinks. Taylor on her own would be enough reason for us to be return customers. She was super helpful, kind, and took her time explaining everything to us. Not only will we be back, we plan to become regulars and recommend this place to everyone we know.

Bravo, bravo, bravo!!! Jordan, Tim and the rest of the crew really know this trade. My wife and I had two wine flights, a charcuterie board, and barrata with delicious bread. Each wine was distinct and delicious. GREAT atmosphere. I felt like I was in NYC or South Beach.

You can tell that they put a lot of love into curating everything that’s on the menu, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful if you’re not a wine connoisseur :) they are happy to share their passion! Lovely space inside and out — especially if you’re able to sit outside when the weather is nice beneath the live oaks and twinkly lights, or by the fire! I love that they provide a basket of blankets to keep guests comfortable.

This is a great place to go to enjoy with friends and family. The staff is pleasant, and their knowledge of wine is impeccable. Please visit if you are on the island. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The cheese and meat options are amazing. They always keep new cheeses and wine on the menu.
