My husband and I had a great time at Somm! As a born Johns Island local whose family has been here 50+ years, this wine bar is a unique and wonderful experience that Johns Island hasn’t seen before. I’ve been to many wine bars and this one seems very ‘fitting’ for the local market. Affordable wines, great charcuterie, and a nice earthy atmosphere boasts a new scene for JI without straying too far from the local energy.

The collab with cold shoulder was amazing! Jordan is the best in the business and he is so knowledgeable about different types of wines. Tell him what you like and I promise he has a bottle for you!

Had a great afternoon at Somm- wonderful hospitality and comfort while the ladies and gents drank their pink wine and wine flights. Local IPA was great, but IPA from MI was slightly oxidized - though a wonderful option on the menu to try. Lovely outdoor patio. Inside felt like you are drinking with friends in your living room. Great staff, can’t wait to come back.
