Rude and unprofessional in my opinion
This Subway is the best I have ever been to. The subs are about the same as every other Subway and the ingredients at this Subway are fresh. The reason it's the best is the people that own and operate it. They are so friendly and nice! I make it a point to go there when I'm heading to Kiwah Beach. Love it.

I'm only giving this store a one because they are false advertising it's open time. The DOOR says 7am but Google says 8am. Which one is it? I took pictures and sent it to corporate, you don't have a store that has a different time on the door. If Google says 8 am they change the door time to 8am not 7 AM.
MUST READ!!I find it very interesting how all you had to do was read of the order receipt and they couldn’t do that correctly i didnt get any mayo or mustard & the worst part is the bottom bread is somehow soggy this is the kicker i had a free cookie reward on the app and guess what… I never received it.

This Subway is the only Subway I go to because it is always clean and they always get my order right. All the ladies are very nice and my veggie wrap always tastes good.

Horrible experience yesterday the older lady prepared my sub and over covered it with mayonnaise and mustard literally 4 pickles and a bunch of onions I chose to not be aggravation and ignore it. Then when I got to check out I asked her for oil & vinegar packets and she put one of each in my bag, no problem (I had a footlong sub, not that it matters but I wanted more and when I asked for more she got an attitude and said "really how much do you need" very rudely. The lady who I believe was the manager went and got me more and apologize for her. I understand people have to work but personally I think that the older lady in there is a too old to be working if she's going to treat people that way & have such a hard time squeezing the bottles that she ends up squeezing as hard as she can causing it to explode way too much mayonnaise and mustard on the sub.
Website says open until 9pm. Door says 3pm. Very frustrating.
Not happy with the service received. Six inch received was burnt and the service was slow. No Veggie patty option at this Subway. Very close to the Angel Oak tree. Located at a very nice place sharing walls with Dominos.
My wife uses the Subway App to order, and pay, at this Subway around 2:00-4:30PM at least once per week (often twice per week) so she can swing by and pick up our order on her way home from MUSC. Their website usually says something like "Open until 8PM, Confirmed by the business 3 days ago", but the last SEVERAL times she has stopped to pick up our order (With the sign showing "OPEN"), everything was locked, and no one answers the phone. Out of five attempts to pick up an order between 2PM and 4PM last month, we were only able to actually pick up an order ONCE. I have no idea what's happened with this franchise location, but since the Pandemic started it's been "Hit or Miss" as to whether you'll actually get your order or not. As I type this, my wife just texted (4:05PM) and said, "Sorry my love, Subway is closed again. Apparently they're closing at 3PM every day now"... This is sad, this used to be such a great place.
It’s a subway. Small, clean enough, kinda slow, kinda ambivalent to customers.Update June 2022- hours aren’t right. Always closed when said open.Update July 2022- third time I’ve tried to get subway, third time doors locked during open hours. Lights on people behind counter every time.
