ask someone who loves Subway. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I get an all american club at every subway i go to They are listed on the menu with extra cheese. This place charged me three dollars for extra cheese and when I asked her about it, she said it doesn’t come with extra cheese even though it’s listed on the menu as two times cheese. They also messed up my order. I ordered an all american club and she put roast beef on it. when I told her that was incorrect, she told me that I was wrong and that I ordered the wrong thing so she proceeded to take the roast beef off of my sandwich after it was already toasted with everything on it and put it back in its container, which is disgusting. she charged me $18 for a sub only when it’s listed on the menu as $12 because she added extra meat which I did not ask for but she charged me for it and added extra cheese even though it should not have been charged for cause it’s listed as two times. This is the worst brand subway I have ever been to, and I have no intentions on ever coming back. they also never have fresh sweet tea and I just don’t see how you run a restaurant in the south without fresh sweet tea. A normal meal at Subway when I go to any other place with a drink is $14 this place it’s a minimum of 18 every time I go I will never be back and I would not recommend to anyone. The women who run it are very rude.

Went in today to get a 6in and a footlong by using a coupon to get a steak n cheese sub and a cold cut. They said they will not redeem coupons for steak, chicken, bacon. This is the first store I've been that doesn't honor coupons for subs that consist of steak, bacon, chicken. Do not recommend going here if you're trying to use coupons for those types of meats/sub.

I’ve never been in the store, so I can’t comment on their service. However, as I was waiting in the parking lot to go to the nearby gym there was a homeless woman sitting outside. A man, I assume the owner/manager, brought the woman some water and food without any provocation. He did not appear to be rude or ask her to leave; he just wanted to help.

Went there one time and it was my last. I think it was the owners teenager serving me. Had no customer 😕 skills at all. Just a plain face all of them. And acted as though it was a struggle to put anything on the bread.

THIS is the only subway that puts so little of anything 2 ND time and will not go back to this store to prove a point went to another got the same thing it was sad all you get is bread however the other subways can hardly close.
Point to be made for the money I spent to get so little is a disgrace.

Very Rude Employees, Watched them yell at a woman for going to the female bathroom and telling them that it was locked. They were skimpy on the portions, yelled at me for using a coupon, and were overall completely rude. were also only offering Unsweetened tea and dr pepper to drink. Poorly managed and Poorly trained employees, will never be back again.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!
They charged my card through the app for $125, claimed they never got the funds, and REFUSED to give me my order or give me a refund. I spoke with a manager, who also put me in touch with the location owner, and he was rude, to say the least description.

If this was the first time I'd had a problem with this location, I would be surprised. But every time we order through the app, they short us on something, and refuse to correct the orders.
I keep saying I won't come back here, and this most recent visit solidified my resolve.

Very u professional, all 3 employees were yelling at me because I told them the fountain drinks doesn’t work and I had a cup of ice but they yelled at me to give it back to them and to get a drink in the fridge. I’m so disappointed on the way the talked to me.
