The workers especially TDG AJ was phenomenal he made sure we were straight and we was working late and got us so right. He was great and helped us out tremendously I would recommend a raise if I was in charge of that because he helped me so much.

Just pulled in to get told they can't make my order because they're understaffed but they could make me a taco. The new owner has been online saying that the store was going to be improved in fact it's worse than it's ever been and they won't even serve you or refund your money after purchasing online. Absolutely disgusted with John's Island in general the restaurants are low quality the people are even worse, the Taco Bell doesn't even exist you might as well just go eat out of the dumpster at McDonald's it's better.

Today I arrived at the store and waited for 15 minutes until the correct opening time, which is marked on the door at 9:00. At that moment I entered to place my order and an employee told me that it was not ready yet and asked me to wait for 5 minutes. I returned after 7 minutes and found the door locked. I waited until 9:15 and they did not allow me to enter.

Ordered on the app. When I got there the order was not even started so they asked me to pull around to the front and wait. 10 minutes later I get my order, drive home only to discover they left over half my order out
