Whoever schedules the truck to come and block the drive thru should probably work on the timing. Showing up at 12:15 during the lunch rush shows a lack of planning. I’ll delete this tomorrow but if you saw how many people turned around and left I would think the owner would appreciate the heads up.

Disrespectful, lazy, rude. I like taco bell but this location is so disappointing. A bunch of uneducated, lazy, underprivileged, minimum wage workers. They are lucky they even make minimum wage. Driving this location into the ground. Laughing like a group of hyenas, then looking at me stupid when I asked them to take my order.

the woman who works the window is the rudest person i have ever met the past three times me and my co workers have been there she has been so overly rude and disrespectful. today was the last straw for me i went to try this new cheesy crispanada and she said “ we don’t have that burger” what?? when i asked for sauce she got mad and snatched the bag from me. i never say anything because she isn’t worth my energy but dang she needs to go.

I’m not sure the name of the individual working tonight, but it might have been the best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Fantastic service, fixed our order- and added some extra cinnamon twists for our wait. That’s how you get tips my friend.

I HATE this Taco Bell. Worst one in South Carolina. I ordered from the app to "skip the line" and I live a few minutes down the road. I was there in no time at all. They did not have my order ready, which I gave them the benefit of the doubt bc I got there fast. I put my order in at 5:54 and they handed it to me at 6:36. Not fast at all. Then my order was not complete. The left out food and sauces I paid for. This happens all the time at this location. I wanted this Taco Bell to be good when it came back to Johns island and it was a disappointment from the beginning. I have never had a good experience there. They need to shut it down or get someone in there that knows how to run a business. This slacker mentality isn't working. They don't have any good reviews.

We were the only ones in line…. And tried to get 3 combos, a chipotle chicken burrito and a cheese quesadilla. Was told to hold twice. Then was told that they didn’t have enough people to be making “all that food” and we had to come inside. Not really sure what the difference would be between the drive thru and coming inside. But it wasn’t that much food… mostly already made tacos and a cheese quesadilla. They were out of a lot of things and the lady working the drive thru was really rude and acted like she didn’t want to work. That’s fine, we will just take our money elsewhere. But seriously… do better. If you don’t like your job or like people then change it.

i was incredibly excited to try the new shredded beef taco but this taco looked horrible! it was broken and crushed. i went thru the drive thru, they forgot my chips and dip in the bag leading me to ask for it. i wasn’t properly greeted at the window either! my order was the combo box with the chalupa, 5 layer beef burrito, shredded beef taco, & chips and dip. i would’ve went back to the store to get it remade but i am a busy women, i didn’t have the time. please do better, and be more attentive.

This Taco Bell is the worst that I’ve been to. I didn’t even get the chance to order before I was told that they were mostly out of their entire menu. I thought that the other Taco Bell’s were bad but man this one is worse. So why were they even open?

First off the people that work at this particular location are very rude and unprofessional. Secondly the food coming out of this restaurant is absolutely deplorable I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog it’s not hard to make tacos and other items on the menu but apparently they can’t even make a simple taco without screwing it up. Will never go to the John’s Island Taco Bell Again.
