These people working here are great. The smiles and customer service is not what I've experienced at a Waffle House... EVER!! Keep it up. But make your coffee the way you USED to make it. STRONGER.

Waffle House is a ritual and a core memory that spans generations. Born and raised in the South, I took my young babies and my Dad to breakfast last weekend, and such wonderful folks. (Probably the cleanest diner ive seen in years). Anyway, they do a splendid job. One guy had a Citadel ring on which is always a plus 👌

Walked in to watch my food be poorly put together and wrong. Waited 10 mins to have someone greet me. I asked to have the order remade and to check what was incorrect. It took 20 mins to remake and then I was still missing part of the meal. The “cook” came over to the counter and acted like I was lying. Checked the receipt over A SIDE OF HASHBROWNS. then proceeded to say ain’t nobody gonna talk to me like I’m their child. I don’t expect a lot from a Wagfle Hose but this was the icing on the cake. I won’t ever return.

Well you can tell a good quality operation by how the employees are treated and paid according to the work load.. the workers at these few waffle houses are under paid and over worked so you have either young minded workers or workers with no other choice. So the workers work what they are paid and under work every thing else. I just got disclosed these franchise Waffle House are owned by New Yorkers. They came to overworking the down south mentality..sad that these are black men who benefits from overworking their race. Notice that ppl of proverty works at these jobs and the businesses are all close by waisting corporate money instead of paying the workers.
