Went to this place recently for dinner. I ordered my food and repeated my order 3 times and they still messed it up. The chicken sandwich was hot but it obviously had been just thrown together. The fries were warm, but it was obvious they had been sitting under a lamp and were not fresh. They over charged me for another large fry that I had not ordered, however the employee at the counter was so slow, I just passed on trying to get my money back. In closing I was eating in and they counter help knew exactly who I was but when my order was ready I was not notified. I finally went to the counter and she said "we called for you, but you never came to get your food." This was a not true as the entire eating area can't be more than 30 feet long and certainly within hearing distance. I will never return.
Stopped through during my shift, best decision I made all day! The breading on the chicken was a perfect mix between crispy and flavorful yet soft like butter! Recommended as "the best chicken in town" and they were NOT lying!

Two weeks ago I had hair in my food. I received a refund because they were closing and couldn’t remake my order. Decided to give them another try today. Disappointed again, only this time my tenders were hard and dry, fries were burned. I definitely will not be stopping by again.
