I live about 25 minutes away from this restaurant and have 2 other chinese restaurants about 12 minutes away. That is how good is the food in this restaurant compared with the 2 closest to my house. If you haven't been there then yiu are missing out a great food experience.
Excellent food! The restaurant is old and dated and the bathrooms could use a good scrubbing, but the food is worth it. I tried the General Tso's Chicken and it is great. The egg roll was good and the rice is good too. The staff is nice.

Hong Kong in Johnston, SC is a family run, clean, mostly takeout restaurant with consistently really good food. The people working there have always been very polite and courteous. We can depend on our favorites being as anticipated. The building is very old and the interior is a little shabby but you can look into the kitchen. That's top notch, well organized and very clean.
