We came tonight for the first trip to Palmetto Seafood. The food was awesome and the service was good. And we will definitely be going back. Prices and quantities of food was great also. Amanda the waitress did a good job keeping our glasses fill with tea until they ran out and then we had to go to Coke. The place was clean.

Kid-friendliness: There are two pool tables in the back to play games on.

Its definitely salty food! Cool atmosphere! The margarita was ok. Had the crab legs and shrimp platter. Seafood mac and cheese was Seafood with spaghetti and cheese lol. Not the best but ok.

So, its alright all around. The food is tasty but a little heavy on saltiness. The seafood itself is pretty good quality. Its got a cool divy atmosphere thats cozy. Our server was nice but we had to request everything including silverware to eat after our appetizers came. It wasnt awful but it was a little amateur service-wise. The price is pretty great for what you get. If you want some good fish, shrimp, and crablegs in Johnston SC or nearby, i wouldnt not recommend it, but...
