Open from 3-8 pm daily when everyone finishes their dinner after 8. I rushed over there after dinner with a smile on my face but that turned to a frown when the door was shut in my face at 7:59. She ignored me after I knocked and waited until 8 to point to her watch. I did go the day before however and got the large cookie dough, turned out that I only found 1 cookie piece in it. Makes sense. For such an expensive hotel, maybe change your hours!!!

The ice cream is really good. The chocolate was rich and buttery. I don’t understand the lower reviews due to pricing. Being at a 5 star resort, right on the beach, what do you expect? I guess people always have something to complain about.

Enjoyed a cafe mocha here, staff was very pleasant. Didn't have a chance to try anything else. Was a nice after lunch beverage.

Inside of The Santuary lobby.We stop in for ice cream or hot chocolate, but no longer. The prices are ridiculously expensive now! We just paid $14 for 2 small hot lukewarm chocolates!
