“Interesting place. I wish I was more of a wine drinker because it looks like the place to be if I was Nice slate of beers though.Nice service with a genuine welcome.Food was pub like. My burger was delicious.Look forward to going back”
“They need to slightly tweak the breakfast buffet. Eggs were salty and spiked with water. Not good. Sausages were not good. Easy to fix, but for $40/person, should expect scrambled eggs that are cooked properly, not dry but also watery, if you know what I mean, and sausage that tastes good.French toast was stale and had been sitting.”
“Each time I come down to stay at our family’s home in Kiawah, we always end up walking down the beach to The Sanctuary’s Bar to end our evening. This year the staff was A++++. I have to give a special shoutout to Nel, Britney & Mr. Wesley for going above & beyond the entire week, each night we visited. From seeing some of us waiting in line & before we even got to the front of the line, knowing & having our drinks ready or to helping my grandmother onto our golf cart as she is handicap. They made our family have the most fun we have had in years down here in Kiawah. We look forward to being back over Easter. Thanks for everyone who took care of us throughout the week!”
“Excellent park with just about everything. A playground, basketball court, nature center, soccer field, Frisbee golf and many other games to many to list.Playground: Great for all ages up to 18Picnic area: Picnic tables and grills.”
“Went to Fuji for the first time last week and I had Aliyah as my server. She was awesome! She was very quick even though she had several other tables. Attentive, very funny, and had great recommendations as well! Will come back again for her service.”
“Mainly 5 stars because I came up here from the beach on my 30th birthday and they delivered with cold beer and the best Crispy Chicken Salad I’ve ever had. Crispy fried chicken, halved figs, candied pecans, hearts of palm, a delicious truffle dressing over some romaine. I mean good gawd almighty.”
“Pretty good meal. Loved sitting outside by the ocean course. Others in my group loved their meals (burgers, fish and chips, fried shrimp, kids menu stuff). My food was good but not great (French dip, bloody Mary). Overall, worth a stop when on Kiawah.”
“What a great place to visit for cocktails watching the sunset! It was a bit cold and windy, but we still opted to sit outside and watch the final golfers come through and a glorious sunset. Cocktails were expertly crafted and we savored every sip. Seated inside for dinner, we were greeted by our friendly server, Priyasha. We ordered appys and wine. Very reasonably priced by the glass options. Local and PEI oysters were super fresh. She crab soup was a huge bowl and had more she crab than I've ever received. Delicious, but definitely a heavy starter with portion size and cream base. BF absolutely adored the filet for dinner. Perfectly cooked and served with breathtaking side of mushrooms, onions and spinach sautéed with bacon. Yum!!! I kept stealing bites myself. I opted for the appetizer farmers salad with fresh local veggies! Delicious! A side of truffle Mac made our meal complete. We couldn't finish it and would have taken it back, but we wouldn't have eaten it before returning home. Loved the entire experience from venue/view with cocktails for sunset, to amazing dinner overlooking golf course. Service was attentive and excellent as well! What a find!”
“When we visit the area, we always dine at this location. The restaurant is clean; the staff are always friendly and helpful; the food is always fresh and delicious. Thank you!”
“Awesome pizza spot on the island. Food and service were great. Specials were on point and so were the drinks. Definitely recommend it if you want some great pizza.”
“You’ll be surprised how many flavors of delicious hard ice cream you’ll find! A small size in a cup is over six dollars but the service is friendly and quick. They have a couple seats inside but fill up fast. They have some clothes and other merchandise for sale too. The milkshakes are also very popular!”
“The Magic Milshake was so fun! Lovely staff & delicious ice cream! My husband enjoyed his classic childhood favorite... bubble gum ice cream. Expensive, yet worth it.”
“Party of 8, no one got the same meal. It wasn't crowded, and service was fast and friendly. Setting couldn't be better the area is beautiful. Food was good, a different flare to BBQ. While portions were not large, plan to spend well over a hundred dollars for two people. Overall it was a fun, warm Christmas night for BBQ.”
“Had a really great dinner with my family. Everyone was loving what they ordered also had wonderful drinks and our service was fantastic. Will definitely be going back!”
“Amazing food! The service matches the quality of the food. The chef was very accommodating to our food requests, including making something that wasn’t on the menu for my 4 year old. Zach also deserves to be mentioned, he was great! 5 stars!”
“Great little place to pick up some breakfast or lunch/dinner items. Also has the basics for visitors staying around the immediate area. Clean, simple decor. Lots of tables outside, some inside.Kind of a cross between an upscale convenience store and small eating spot. We ate their Saturday night crab cake dinner. Quite good!”
“Came here a week ago and the food and service was amazing. We had lizzy as our server, she was so attentive and catered to all of our needs. The food was excellent and we will be back soon!”
“So, my old man and I decided to treat ourselves to some Italian grub at this place, and let me tell you, it was off the charts! From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were in for a treat. The vibe was classy yet cozy, setting the perfect mood for a memorable night. Now, onto the good stuff – the food! Every dish we tried was like a party in our mouths. I'm talking next-level risotto with truffles that had us swooning, and ossobuco so tender it practically melted on the fork. And don't even get me started on the fresh-baked focaccia – we had to resist filling up on it before the mains even arrived! The service was top-notch too. The staff were super friendly and knew their stuff when it came to recommending wine pairings. We ended up trying a couple of their suggestions, and boy, were they spot on!Honestly, it's no surprise this joint has a solid five-star rating. I wouldn't be shocked if they bagged themselves a Michelin star soon – they're that good. So, if you're in the mood for a dining experience that's a cut above the rest, do yourself a favor and hit up this Italian spot. Trust me, you won't regret it.”
“Amazing food and fantastic experience! One of my favorite restaurants. The only negative is that the restaurant gets loud but well worth putting up with that for the food. Love this place. Make sure you order the biscuits.”
“If Thailand and Italy had a love child it would be the Pad Thai Gnocchi. Flavors of the east with the carb goodness of potato pasta! But wait, the star of the show was the Cashew Korma. Add the tender short rib protein to elevate this to a heavenly level. Spread my ashes at the steps of this temple of food.”
“4:30 on a cold Saturday and it’s packed. Both the Irish red and wheat beers are decent. The staff are personable. Has a brewery feel. There is an outdoor area and a food truck. Dogs are not allowed on premises.”
“This place is wonderful! Literally delicious! Great service, fun atmosphere, and always updating their menu! Jackeline is a sweet angel and makes the best margs!”
“First time coming here and man this place was amazing. The staff was super friendly, the food was amazing and they even had a live band playing. I personally recommend getting the lucky 1 sub and the tattooed moose burger.Parking: The parking lot has a bunch of pot holes when you first drive in, make sure your shocks are ready to go off roading lol.Kid-friendliness: There is some outdoor kids stuff for them to play on.”
“Lost Isle is a gem! Unique ambiance and patio / fire pit vibe pairs well with the all wood-fired menu. Open kitchen concept is fun to watch. Delicious, innovative cocktail menus and cocktails on tap. The chicken is to die for, as is the curry collards, polenta, and the whipped ricotta. My wife said one of her favorite spots in Charleston at any price! Of course, picking the right night/weather to go is crucial, as this is entirely outdoor seating. Dress appropriately. This is THE woodfired vibe in charleston (most definitely not Southbound, this is half the cost and twice a good!)”
“What a great addition to Johns Island. Jordan has an incredible knowledge of wine and terroir. The small group wine tastings are a great combination of learning, tasting wines from really small wineries, and making friendship, all accompanied by their delicious cheese plates. Can't wait to go to a wine and cigar pairing night soon.”
“Great place.Great food.Great service. We really enjoyed our Mediterranean buckwheat galette and the creme brulee. Both were exceptional. Our server was very friendly and helpful.”
“Love this place!! We had our friends gather here the night before our wedding reception and it was so fun. Cool vibe! Get the burger. They have awesome fresh cocktails. I bring all my friends here when they’re visiting!”
“I loved this place. Super busy, but worth the wait. The breakfast burrito with shrimp was worth the extra up charge.Kid-friendliness: Awesome with my tired girls after a few hours at the beach.”
“So worth the trip out here on our way out of town. The biscoff stuffed french toast special was divine. Im huge griits fan and the make your own grits bowl was a hit. Tasty turkey bacon. Service was quick and friendly. Stop here. You will be happy”
“We had an outstanding dinner experience here. The pace was nice and relaxed, the food was excellent, and the service was wonderful...can't wait to come back and experience this again!”
