This was our first visit to Cantina 76 on Kiawah Island and we really enjoyed the bartender, the atmosphere & the delicious, well presented cuisine! Highly recommend that you eat here if you’re visiting Kiawah Island. Kudos ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We come here often as we are local to the area. We love driving out to Kiawah to grab tacos but unfortunately our visit has been inconsistent. Tonight our tacos were completely inedible. The veggie taco is overflowing and becomes impossible to eat whereas the other tacos are very skimpy if it includes fish or meat. The chicken was so dry and old or overcooked and the flour tortillas were so hard you couldn’t even fold the soft taco. On the plus side, tonight was the first time we had this waitress and we loved her! She was very very nice. We will be back but I think the kitchen needs some work..

One of my personal favorite taco places! I have never been disappointed with the tacos here! Also they have the best salsa and Queso ever. Seriously one of my stops! It is a must try!!!! Also, it’s pretty affordable!

WOW!!! So delicious - hands down the best nachos this side of the Mississippi, tacos were excellent and the Margaritas were top notch. Fun atmosphere…ask for Barbie, she is the best server there. A must visit if anywhere near Kiawah. 100 stars.

We frequent the Cantina 76 in Greenville, where we live, quite often. Always enjoy the food, atmosphere and staff. Our experience here just wasn’t up to par. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive, but it took well over an hour to get our food which consisted of 10 tacos. When served they were warm at best. This location was somewhat of a disappointment.

Extremely overpriced. I paid 11 dollars for 2 tacos with 6 shrimp, total. The tacos are pathetically tiny.

We have been coming to Kiawah for years and typically look forward to visiting Cantina 76. We arrived at 6 and were given a reasonable wait time of 30-45 minutes. We were seated at the outside end of that time, which was no problem. We ordered an appetizer, which came promptly, but didn’t get our meals until about 8:20– over an hour and a half after we sat down. At that point, our food was lukewarm. It would have been better if our waitress had proactively stopped by to check on us, but she was obviously stretched very thin - not her fault. Overall this seemed to be a problem caused by understaffing and overseating. We won’t be back anytime soon, sadly.
