Party of 8, no one got the same meal. It wasn't crowded, and service was fast and friendly. Setting couldn't be better the area is beautiful. Food was good, a different flare to BBQ. While portions were not large, plan to spend well over a hundred dollars for two people. Overall it was a fun, warm Christmas night for BBQ.

Restaurant looks very fancy when you walk in. However, ambiance is really laid-back.Food: We ordered burgers and ribs. abundance food, we ordered half rack of ribs, and that was more than enough. Burger was also big.Service: Everyone from the hoat to the waitress was auper attentive.Price: just averageOverall, it's not a bad place to go and try.

Paid $30 for a burger that was sub par at best. The quesadillas were also stale and lifeless. I don’t mind paying more for food that’s worth it. This food was not worth it. Our server was also grumpy. And we’ve generally had great servers in Kiawah. So this was an anomaly. I don’t think we’ll go back in the future.

Fun spot to watch gators in ponds at Osprey point clubhouse on Kiawah. Make reservations! Get the big BBQ platter as you will sample all. Wonderful BBQ!

You must request Paul if he's working! He's so nice, professional, and inviting! He's been at Kiawah for 20-ish years and is a real staple to the island. We always look forward to seeing him when we come to visit. It just wouldn't be the same without him! #

The Ribs were amazing. I grew up in KC and I'm saying these were top tier ribs.

Love this place if only they would change up the menu some. I don’t like too sweet food like I’m eating dessert instead of dinner meal. I also don’t like it when the servers or food runners have very long nails and when they bring the food on the table their whole thumb fake nail is touching my food. I usually eat just half of that plate and leave the part that the huge nail touch, yukkkkk .

Pretty disappointed in the food. Pulled chicken quesadilla was full of bone..sent it back for wings which were good. Pulled pork had a very odd taste and brisket was very fatty. Cornbread was great. The vibe inside is odd for a bbq place (basic golf clubhouse). Bar service was good. As usual high Kiawah prices. This place wouldn't make it outside of the gates.

Given the location and reviews I expected much more. The menu sounded great but the item I ordered was a very sad representation. The knife was dull so I asked for a steak knife to cut my salad which should not have been wilted and make that a requirement. The French fries were not hot and chewy again disappointed. The rest of the orders were adequate as they were the restaurant specialties but it took over a hour and limited contact from the waiter until asked where the food was. Said the kitchen was busy. By the time we got our food it was very dark on the porch where we were eating and I felt really sorry as some of the tables were completely in the dark. No candles or or their lighting for them. If you’re not a member of the club you might consider elsewhere and hope for better food and service.

Would rate as a 2 - order to go - 1/4 piece of chicken - no flavor and under cooked, 2 very tough piece of brisket and one piece mostly fat, a thimble side order of slaw with 1 piece of chalk dry cornbread - $45 - no bbq sauce - would never go back!!!

Food was slightly better than average but was expecting better. For being a BBQ place thought their ribs would have been better than they were. Had the pulled pork nachos which had great flavor, super spicy with the jalapeños, would recommend those on the side.

We simply had great meals. The scallops were particularly good. The brisket a little too fatty for my taste but some would enjoy. Our party of 7 had a great experience. Our server, Charles, was excellent. Friendly, efficient and attentive. We enjoyed meeting him.
