Pretty good meal. Loved sitting outside by the ocean course. Others in my group loved their meals (burgers, fish and chips, fried shrimp, kids menu stuff). My food was good but not great (French dip, bloody Mary). Overall, worth a stop when on Kiawah.

We sat at the bar and had great service by a friendly bar tender. Hubs was excited to visit and and try this place bc he has played a lot of golf with my stepson who played Division I golf in college and played here a time or two. It's beautiful. Panoramic views from the large windows and lovely, historic, wooden architecture throughout. The menu is good. We had a burger and a chicken salad croissant with side salads and enjoyed them. We also tried their "famous" fried shrimp which was good, but nothing special and $25. My husband enjoyed his burger and my chicken salad sandwich was very very good. Fresh and delicious chicken salad on a fresh and soft croissant bun. Our side salads were great portion sized and fresh. All in all - VERY expensive lunch with no alcohol for 6 shrimp, a burger and a chicken salad sandwich for $90 with the tip. You're coming here for the golf, location and name/prestige. Worth the visit if you find yourself here - bc the food was very good and the views are amazing.

It feels like a movie set. The view will take your breath away. Viewing a sunset here is a thing that dreams are made of. I watched a wedding take place on the lawn and it was nothing short of epic. Drink some bubbly or a beer while bathing in the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Consistently, patronized by golfbros and tourists alike. Old school heavily wooden decor.

The worst service I've ever had for a five star resort. The girl working the front desk the night of the marathon was rude and condescending. They told us the table was getting "cleaned" for 1 hour. After that time I inquired and they finally sat us outside after saying to sit inside to get seated quicker. They bumped us multiple times. The finally sat us 8 to a four top. It was ridiculous and we were all squished in. There was not enough room and they were so rude. It was a complete mess and no one knew what was going on. They were short staffed and it wasn't worth the multiple hundred dollar bill. Avoid.

Our favorite for casual oceanfront dining on Kiawah, or just to grab a drink and relax by the sea. Bonus - viewing golfers finish on 18.Dietary restrictions: Offers a Gluten Free bun for burger.

My wife and I enjoy biking on Kiawah. Usually park at Beachwalker park and bike the 9 miles to the Ocean Course. We often stop for lunch at the Ryder Cup bar. You simply cannot beat the view. We have found the service impeccable and the food spot on. Surprisingly the prices are not bank busters. Really no better way to spend a day . You don’t have to be a golfer or member to dine here. Open to the public. Beautiful outdoor seating and somewhat limited indoor seating. No reservations, first come first served

What an awesome spot to grab some lunch on the patio. The burgers are large and cooked just the way you order them. For me that was medium rare. Cocktails are good as well as the service. We will be back the next time we visit

They make a good Old Fashioned, and have a giant weathervane in the ceiling. Nuff

The view is spectacular, the service staff are amazing, the food is mediocre. For a world class bar and lounge this is not a place to enjoy lunch or dinner but it is a place to enjoy the view and have drinks with friends. 2023 !!!! I have to say Ryder cup has improved so much, we enjoy coming here time and time again at least every time we come to kiawa which is once a month, lol. The staff are superb excellence, thank you everyone and I’m not just speaking of the staff at Ryder cup, the staff in the whole island go above and beyond with their service.

Lovely spot to have a cocktail and a light bite out on the porch overlooking the 18th green of the Ocean Course. Even though it was quite busy, our server Dominique, followed up with us regularly and provided some recommendations. While we did not have a full meal, many groups around us were eating a full dinner. The bar is suitable for singles, couples or families. While none of the cocktails were noteworthy, the Crispy Shrimp appetizer is a MUST order.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Many kids were putting on the practice green while parents were dining.

Always delicious food with a beautiful view. Always enjoy our time up at the Ryder Cup. The view is a must, make sure to sit outside when you go. The service is great! Crispy Shrimp. Lowcountry Grilled Cheese. Onion rings. Yum! Tasty!
