I try to avoid going this Bojangles at all costs! If it weren’t for the convenient location It would be out of business. Terrible attitude and service at the drive thru EVERY. SINGLE.TIME. And you may or may not get what you ordered. Today was the last straw for me. I will go out of my way to go to a different location. Management, please do better at vetting your employees.

Does or does not $46 family box come with buscuits or not. No buscuits and calling the Ladson road location..lol .. no answer. This is the very reason I quit eating out at fast food locations

It took 25 minutes to get food! Most were being parked! We were told 5 minutes! No Bo-Berry biscuits cause they were pushing cookies ? I Love Bojangles but I’ve NEVER gotten my food in less than 20 min! They had plenty of people working or standing around too! Ugg! I dislike giving bad reviews. However, this trip affected my sick Grandchild that begged to go there but really needed to be home resting fast after her monthly treatment!

Stopped to grab a quick bite to eat, and it was not what I expected-usually this location has fresh chicken, and sides. Out of coleslaw, chicken was super dry, and the sweet tea sat so long it tasted fermented.

Why offer options if you don't get them? Ordered a specific (#13) item and the box had different items. Ordered mash potatoes WITH gravy, no gravy. Half $ half tea, given sweet tea. Nice sugar spike. Obviously expectations are low.

Arrived for a DoorDash 5 minutes early , 3 people were in line in the lobby. After telling them I have a DoorDash order They ignored me and proceeded to work at clearing the line. 2 more people walked in and were helped again before gettin to me. After clearing both drive through and the lobby they then prioritized my DoorDash order . Completely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially when the conditions of the store where no justification at the moment considering it’s 11AM and it’s not busy . This sort of animosity is often common for DoorDash orders here so I felt inclined to write this review.

Rude. Takes forever to get food. Claim they are out of food 30-40 mins before close. Not even fries. Another time, waited 30 mins in line for warm fries. Lots of kids standing around on their phones. This place has gone down so bad. Store owners really needs to investigate and make changes.
