Too THIN. The cajun chicken biscuits were too thin!!
Everything was GREAT! 10am on a Friday, got to order breakfast and lunch at the same time. Food was great. Restaurant was clean. Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. Can't ask for more. Thank you!

Customers still enjoy the delicious food, often comparing it favorably to competitors like Chick-fil-A. Despite the great food, service has become slower due to being understaffed, and the drive-thru experience can be frustrating with the AI order board. Some customers have even driven away because of these problems. Overall, Bojangles continues to attract customers who love their food, but fixing the service issues could help keep more people coming back.
