Me and my sister visited this morning, although not the first visit, we were both thoroughly impressed. I had the florentine omelet (add peppers) red velvet cake within bites and a blondie .My sister had a breakfast sandwich,’blondie and a i believe a cinnamon roll cake and we shared friend green tomatoes. IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS! The service, employees, and speediness was great!! Highly recommend! They’ll be seeing more of me :-).

I would say for everything we got, great food, great service, decent pricing!

if ever you are passing through lakecity make sure you stop at this spot it's clean and welcoming the employees are as sweet as their pastries I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVEEEEEEE WITH THE CREAM CHEESE DANISH SO MUCH SO THAT I HAVE HAD THREE TODAY ALONE WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF MAKING THE CREAM CHEESE DANISH IM ASKING FOR YOUR HAND IN PASTRY MARRIGE!!!!!

The food was incredible. Hearty portions of breakfast brunch. The staff made exception to make breakfast even tho' ot was 5 minutes over. There's homemade cakes (coconut my favorite) cookies, buns, muffins and great cappuccino too. We happened upon this establishment when leaving Myrtle Beach by taking the 'back roads". What a great find.

Went by for breakfast. Got a ham and cheese croissant.

The mayo was overpoweringly sour and beige looking. Look, I'm a mayo lover and when I say it was bad, it was baaaaaad.

Told the lady I thought it was bad.
She went to the kitchen and brought it back out, and said they make their own mayo, and it was fine.
Then 8 hours later, I felt terrible, and was producing soup for the throne.

Thank you for the poison! Will never visit again, and will be sure to warn others away.

The lemon cake tasted pretty good coming back up.

I got a red velvet cake from here for my birthday. I must say, it was the driest cake I've ever eaten. As I was cutting the cake, I could literally hear the crunching sounds it made. Not to mention, they have terrible customer service and their attitudes are horrible. I went inside and asked the lady in the cafe section of the bakery for a napkin, she asked if I was a customer, I said
no. In her words, "I can't give you napkins if you aren't a customer." Seriously? I have to buy from this establishment for paper? Also, while the said it she had a snarky attitude. Will never buy from this business again!

Waited over 40 minutes for a sandwich. Yes, it was busy but I checked on it twice. They finally admitted the order has been given to another customer. Got very little in the way of an apology. When I finally got my sandwich, which was just a BLT, it had a few shreds of lettuce and ONE piece of bacon per half on toast. The fries were barely lukewarm. $12 for this!

Place is vibing. So many great treats to choose from that it was difficult to decide. Grab a whole cake for your next celebration. Friendly staff and amazing food. If you, for some crazy reason decide not to get a sweet treat, fear not they have a wide selection of lunch and breakfast food as well. Fried green tomatoes, burgers, Philly cheese, black bean burger and more.

Inflation is killing us all, I get it.But their prices just keep going up and have been before the plandemic.Food is mediocre at best. Some days it is GREAT, others grits are over cooked, potatoes are under cooked, etc. Desserts are always on point, though.Some days, coffee is really good. Others, it's quite bitter. Who knows what you'll get today?Honestly, it is just a different option other than Mexican in Lake City, which is nice.However, my true frustration derives from them now choosing to charge $0.42 for an ice water because they have their sticker on them? Get cheap cups for water, c'mon come on. When you spend $50+ for very little food, I think water should be complimentary. But I guess that's just me.Shoot, Disney gives free water out, in the same cups they give coke in...?
