Found not ONE but TWO long black hairs in my bo rounds. No one had on hair nets. It should be mandatory that they have to wear hair nets when working around food.

Kim and Donetta are the most gracious, authentic, knowledgeable, great listeners, smiling attitudes, and caring managers that I have EVER encountered! This Bojangle's is clean and well organized. The food is fresh and tastes good too! These are two shining examples of excellent Customer Service.
