Normally a reliable stop for us, but this visit was terrible. The fries were overly salty and tasted like old oil, and the chicken was overcooked with no flavor. Very disappointing.

Place absolutely sucks. Customer service is terrible and they make you wait a long time for simple orders. They get mad at you for coming back in when your order is wrong (which is frequent). Tea has a slight sour taste to it as if it’s from the day before. Food is usually cold, biscuits are hard, they never give you sauce and when they do it’s not the what you asked for, they never give straws and you hardly get a receipt. The only decent thing about this location is the manager I spoke too. She seemed nice but it’s obvious her team sucks and don’t listen to her. Best part is, you can’t call and make a complaint because it’s not showing under the main franchise. If you don’t mind waiting forever for your order to be wrong and lack of customer service then this is the place for you!!

The service was great the Manager Jessica was great she shared the deals they had going on which saved us some money she was polite and patience with us. Even though she had a mask on I can still tell she had a smile on her face she was great the food was good and fresh I will be back.

I can't believe that the cave me a wrong order and when I opened up the bacon was flabby and I showed the woman. It was not good all the way and she told the man in the back which cost me to wait another 20 minutes just for a bacon biscuit and he was sitting there fussing all this bacons cut down. I'm a licensed stylus and the heck with this kind of attitude. Better be glad you have a job because artificial intelligence will be taken care of everybody and about 15 years. What happened to the days when a customer's right? Especially when she shows you the flabby bacon. That's not cooked all the way

AC was out. Service very poor. Waited at least 35 minutes. One person working around work and everyone else (3) standing at the window. 7 customers in line sweating and frustrated. Almost everyone was complaining by now. They paid US no mind, continue looking away. After being ignored and totally over it. I got my cold, dry, small 3 wings. No sauce, and not even thank you I’m sorry you had to wait. Lake City, SC 6/19/25 @ 7- 8 pm. Serious Re training is needed. You’re Welcome.
In general Bojangle’s is fine. We usually enjoy the food. The Lake City location has been low level service and quality for years now. Every interaction with staff members is miserable. They couldn’t be less happy. They don’t even try to fake it. They’re bothered by you being there and it’s evident in their lack of urgency and discourteous exchange. We rarely wait less than 20 minutes for our food and then it’s incorrect or of low quality (cold, undercooked, overcooked). This particular day the A/C was broken. I know this happens to everyone but it caused a leak in the dining area onto a table. This was ignored by the staff. There wasn’t a single clean table in the restaurant. I cleaned one off to sit while we waited for about 20 minutes for our food. I finally went back to the front and asked if our order was ready and was told they accidentally gave it to the customer who had just left. I had to wait for them to prepare and box up the order again. This is the regular experience anytime I go to this location. I give a lot of restaurant employees the benefit of the doubt. These things happen on occasion everywhere and mistakes can be made. They’re jobs can be challenging but this is a consistent trend here. Going forward if I’m in the area and looking for a meal I believe I can do without stopping here.
