For Mother's Day all I wanted was fish and chips! Went for lunch. The woman that was managing was amazing! They were under staffed and she made it all happen! The fish was good and the shrimp was so tasty! Nice experience!

It's only been one bad experience at a Captain D's and that was in Columbia South Carolina the new employees didn't want to do anything but sit there and talk on their phone all the other Captain D's or superb

Food was usually pretty good but service was often horrible. The speaker at drive up was barely audible and the employee at window was like a zombie. Not even sure he knew his own name!! Dining room frequently closed for lack of staff. These are likely the reasons the location here in Myrtle Beach closed permanently. The number of locations are diminishing rapidly including those in tourist locations like Myrtle Beach so one has to wonder if the co is going out of business totally.

Waited 45 minutes for our food while several other customers were served. I finally approached the counter and ask if our food was coming. They didn't even know what we ordered and tried to say it was a drive thru order when we stood right there at the counter and ordered. I asked for our money back so we could go somewhere else and instead I was told 5 more minutes and "upgraded" to large drinks for which they had no lids for the cups! In our wait we constantly heard "I'm out of that." I don't know how they had anything to serve with all they were out of.

Myrtle Beach location..homeless person sleeping on side walk. NO THANK YOU.
15 minutes and still waiting. 4 fish fillets And a butterfly shrimp dinner..no one ahead of me. 22 minutes finally....food smells burnt. Gave me shrimp and forgot fish fillets.......worst . This place needs management. Now have to wait for fish. Last visit for me and will tell everyone I know. 3rd visit to this place in 4 years. Not happy with any of the visits. Fish not burnt but covered in burnt specks from dirty frier.

It's been at least 20 years since I've eaten here. I ordered the Giant Fish Sandwich, wife; Shrimp Skewer w/ fries, son; Seafood Platter. It was all delicious.

I need the manager to give me a call since yal won’t answer the phone , just spend over $30 and my food is burned no rice just the bottom of the pot. I have never had a experience like this and road over 30 mins to get there.Very Disappointed

The food taste excellent but the portion size for what I paid was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I could have got to the Shrimper around the corner and got more for LESS!!!!
