Visited 29 April 2025 by ordering inside on their kiosk for the first time, This Restaurant gets 2 Stars from me for a Lack of Courtesy and Lack of Ability of understanding the terminology Fast Food , I ordered through the Kiosk which is an accessible device that lets workers know what you ordered .. My receipt was printed blank (** It was obvious that no one has time to change the ink for the machine ) , However they can still see on their end what Customers order.. I received an incorrect order.. But I did not feel like bothering workers any further because it is their responsibility to keep up not mines... They obviously seemed busy and I also actually witnessed numerous frustrated guests at this location.
This restaurant definitely requires alot of redirection and training on how to conduct business in a timely manner.

McDonald's took the caramel frappe off the menu!! Who wants moca 1sr thing in the morning? Totally ruined my breakfast!! They don't have a clue how to make a cappuccino!! I took 1 sip and threw it out along with the breakfast sandwich wich was missing cheese. I went there to treat myself and wound up getting robbed.

Rude Employees over a straw and sauce. (I’m not a maid) yet work in customer service. Not that serious over two items. If you don’t want to give small requests why be in the customer service industry.

This day was horrible. Waited 30 minutes for food. With mobile order. Had to go inside to find out what happened to my order They only had water orange juice and lemonade to offer for drinks
Sat in the drive tru for 15 mins while the only took orders from one side won’t ever come back

I have been trapped in the drive thru line for several minutes. I am 1 car from the order screen and the poles are blocking. I assume they held us there without taking any orders until closing time. Finally at 8:39 they came back to the order screen telling everyone they a closed. You could have had someone outside to tell everyone in line you will not be taking our orders. They way we would not have waited suck a long time in line for no reason. Also, you could have taken the orders for people that were already in line at a certain point. I even tried to call to see if they were going to close since they had gone such a long time without taking any orders. No one answered the phone.

Closed 25 minutes early. Had app order so now I have to wait 1 to 7 days for a refund, that all I had, so i can't eat tonight. Hope y'all have the day you deserve.

This location has 2 lanes, the worker would only take orders from the first lane. After saying hello multiple times, they finally took our order. Then we couldn't get a receipt because the printer didn't work. On too of all that, we were missing an item and no napkins. Never again, our money will not go to that location.
