Closed 25 minutes early. Had app order so now I have to wait 1 to 7 days for a refund, that all I had, so i can't eat tonight. Hope y'all have the day you deserve.

This location has 2 lanes, the worker would only take orders from the first lane. After saying hello multiple times, they finally took our order. Then we couldn't get a receipt because the printer didn't work. On too of all that, we were missing an item and no napkins. Never again, our money will not go to that location.

the drive thru at last window when order not right take time look at board check before you tell customer anything to keep line moving I had my receipt so I drove right back around she took her time when she saw i was back gave it to her she corrected it no apology all this happen shift manager right up front when everything happen ....I guess customer always right don't exist SMH

I used to love McDonald's but now I've got to the point where it's so aggravating because every time you go up there they end up telling you you have to pull off and then they forget about you so you end up having to walk in and get your own stuff and it just seems like their food is just so dry all the time so I very very seldom go there it's not a fast food restaurant
We were in the middle of ordering and they went to the other side and didn't allow us to finish order. When we pulled up to the window and explained the situation, they refused to allow us to add our order and were very rude and disrespectful.

Food portions get smaller and prices keep going up. They send food out so quick the cheese isn't even melted and burgers are cold.

The main problem with this McDonald's is that they continuously advertise items like frappes whenever they can't, won't, and don't make them. I mean at this point just take it off the menu and stop having people travel there for a specific item just to have to go to the counter or the drive-thru and find out they can't make it or they don't have it. I don't know if it's a maintenance problem stemming from corporate not providing them with something or if it's a maintenance problem from staff or if it's a manufacturing problem with the machines they buy but if the ice cream or the McFlurry or the frappe machine go down it will be down for a month or two and that won't tell you that there's no signs that tell you that they don't use the letters on their signs to even tell you that. You have to try to order it to find out.
