I come to this location a few times a week. Staff are nice my only complaint is when ever pizza hut is running a special like $2 personal pizza they always seem to be out of what ever is supposed to be on special. But the next day after the deal is over they have the items.

I always have a terrible experience and visit at this specific Pizza Hut location. As a dasher and a customer this place is terrible. The orders are NEVER ready in a timely manner. I have been waiting going on 32 minutes for a door dash order and he LITERALLY ONLY ordered a pizza. This is unprofessional untimely service makes it difficult for dashers to earn anything bc we have sat and waited extremely too long for JUST ONE ORDER. Home office needs to pay this place a visit and see what’s going on in this store that’s causing such terrible service.
Was very rude when they could not find my order that I had just placed thru the mobile app. They also do not follow specific order instructions like how I wanted it cut differently than the traditional pie cut.

Always making pizza wrong like they can't read and the GM is so unapologetic and don't wanna honor customers where there right ..can't give a black person authority a lil they think everyone out for a freebie smh I just expect it to be made right instead of always running into same issue also when u order saucy wings u expect them to be fully covered not half .. didnr even offer to remake pizza so called 1-800 number...if it was them though they would want their money back or problem resolved ...tuhhh only friendly one there is the light skin older lady that be at the window she so sweet nd nice

I just wanna say I ordered pizza yesterday after noon for pick up at 5 pm had little confusion with online order buy it was corrected very fast and must say this was best pizza ivehad in long time
