I always have a terrible experience and visit at this specific Pizza Hut location. As a dasher and a customer this place is terrible. The orders are NEVER ready in a timely manner. I have been waiting going on 32 minutes for a door dash order and he LITERALLY ONLY ordered a pizza. This is unprofessional untimely service makes it difficult for dashers to earn anything bc we have sat and waited extremely too long for JUST ONE ORDER. Home office needs to pay this place a visit and see what’s going on in this store that’s causing such terrible service.

Always making pizza wrong like they can't read and the GM is so unapologetic and don't wanna honor customers where there right ..can't give a black person authority a lil they think everyone out for a freebie smh I just expect it to be made right instead of always running into same issue also when u order saucy wings u expect them to be fully covered not half .. didnr even offer to remake pizza so called 1-800 number...if it was them though they would want their money back or problem resolved ...tuhhh only friendly one there is the light skin older lady that be at the window she so sweet nd nice

Traveled to SC to attend a funeral on Saturday and because of the small town we were in, everything closes early. Went online and saw that the Lake City Pizza Hut was open until midnight. Checked the website and it stated the same thing so we drove the 20+ miles. Pulled up at 10pm and on the door of the facility it also stated the establishment closed at 12am; we approached the door only to find it LOCKED!! Young man came from the back door (other cars had pulled up while we were in the parking lot) and stated that they were closed. We were UPSET!! no reason why they closed early just closed. This is ABSOLUTLEY UNACCEPTABLE. Please update and change your hours of operation if you aren't going to honor them. We rely on information on YOUR WEBSITE and if that's updated or correct, then the false information makes people from out of town drive 20 miles out of the way. good thing Sonic was open and provided great customer service because this was past disappointing.

This is our “go to” Pizza Hut since it’s close to us, but I’m thinking I’m just going to have to make my own. The food is okay, thin and crispy is just thin (no crispy to it), boneless wings are decent except that 1/3 of the 16 we got were hard tiny bits. The worse is the customer service. They used to have some friendly folks but either they left or we just keep going at the wrong time. Picked up our order last night (6/30/24) from the window, first off, waited 7 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there and then the girl working had absolutely NO personality, like she HATES her job. Told us how much, handed us the food without another word AT ALL! Just not worth the money they charge to be treated like you’re a bother for ordering food from them and then the food to just be okay.

Use to work here wen I was a teenager! Along time ago! Lol. However the food, and atmosphere is still just as good. I highly Recommend to others! Oder to take home, call in and pick up, even have it delivered and never leave home, or go dine inside with family and friends! Great place to eat!

Parking: Parking lot with enough spaces to find parking close to front entrance

Pizza was not what I ordered. I paid for extra cheese, extra pepperoni and pan crust that i didn't get and it was over cooked like always. I might as well just tell pizza hut to give me what they want me to have because that is what happens everytime. I will not waste my money at this pizza hut again. I will go to Domino's and try their pizza it cannot be any worse than what I have experienced at this pizza hut.
