I picked up a Godzilla roll and some teriyaki chicken for myself and my husband yesterday. The man who answered the phone was so rude and the food was very bland. I’ve gotten better egg rolls from Walmart! And that cheap tasting stuff cost us over $25! Someone needs to let them know THEY ARE IN SOUTH CAROLINA! We won’t pay top dollar for bland food and bad manners!

I called to have takeout and it was kinda a big order and I let him know before I started my order and he said okay what is it I asked if he had a certain thing and he said “don’t ask me what we have just order” and then proceeded to tell me to come in and order and hung up on me. That’s now how you should treat someone trying to order food from your business he was rude.

Rude, impatient, unfriendly. I am in town on business and I called ahead to see if they were open as most places here close on Sunday and a man curtly answered the phone and hung up on me before I could ask a question. Against my better judgement, I decided to drive over and when I entered the owner could not care less that I was there and was incredibly dismissive of me. Shortly thereafter a woman walked from the back (who I assume was his wife) and I greeted her with a smile, to which she shot me an angry stare as if I was inconveniencing her. I hardly ever write yelp reviews, unless the service is sublime..but this encounter proved to be the polar opposite and I feel obligated to share my experience. Take it for what you will, but I could not more emphatically steer you away from this place.

He's always rushing the order no patience at all just let the girls take the orders there more patient with customers u want our money but no patience at all...make u don't wanna spend money there nd travel far just to get good customer service..He need to change his attitude...just sucks...

We tried this place for the first time and the food was AWESOME!! We are still talking about the vegetables in our hibachi and teriyaki chicken, the carrots were especially delicious!! We will definitely be going back!!
The guy at the counter was very rude and nasty to my family and I. He rushed us to order and in the process of me telling him our orders he started taking someone else’s order! My family and I just walked out! There was absolutely no need to be that rude and insensitive! Especially because I brought along some new customers from Georgia and Florida! We will NOT be returning to this place!
