If I could give zero stars I would. I have given this sonic so many chances, but they just can't seem to do their jobs. Me and my Husband ordered online, checked in, waited 35-40 min after we checked in only to get our food and not have everything. we went back and the girl got smart with my husband so yes he was mad/upset about and cussed at her. She proceeded to refuse to give us our missing food till someone was called so I told her no give me my food I want my food she told me NO. The manger showed up and had a little attitude and when my husband was trying to speak she got smart talking about I done let you speak. Needless to say I got my money and I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER BE EATING THERE AGAIN.
And again I would like to apologize to Cedric for having to call him so late and I truly appreciate him being willing to help me with it being so late.

Cederic was there due to the storm. I didn't know we had a curfew and he still got my food prepared and brought it to me. Service was great, food was the best it's ever been. Big boss being in store definitely makes a difference. I'm so happy to see him there supporting his team.

I ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake milkshakes and you barely taste the cheesecake and they forgot the crumbles in top of the shake... Had to call back for them to bring me some crumbles in a cup

I often order the beef hotdog combo, I know beef because I don't eat pork. The hotdog is not always all beef, it seems like a mixture of beef, pork and or chicken most of the time, I want what I order. Please look into my issuer. This is Lake City S C Sonic. I would hate to stop going to sonic.

It just must have been a bad day from everyone. The food was edible...the car hop was nice. The person taking my order was seemingly ambivalent and didn't say the magic two words...thank you. It seemed as though my order was unimportant.It may not seem like much...but that's the reason Chic filet is crushing everyone in the fast food industry. GOOD DAY...HELLO...MY PLEASURE AND THANK YOU go a long way. And it costs the company nothing to say. But what it will cost, is future business. I'll think twice before coming to this location again. I'd rather pay more and be welcomed...than pay a little and eat disregarded. Oh...the car hop screen didn't work and the hole outside canopies need to be cleaned and or pressure washed.D+...C- at best. Thanks for the effort... ?
