Overcharged me for burgers then told me I was wrong about the price when I'd been buying the same item from a different location everyday of the same week. They told me they were only that price on Monday. Yet I'd just bought them the day before (Thursday) for the same price.

We were asked to write our order on paper like it was the 1800s. We waited over an hour for the food, while we watched other cars come, get their food, and leave. Order was wrong, the remake was cold. 0/10 would not recommend.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have given this sonic so many chances, but they just can't seem to do their jobs. Me and my Husband ordered online, checked in, waited 35-40 min after we checked in only to get our food and not have everything. we went back and the girl got smart with my husband so yes he was mad/upset about and cussed at her. She proceeded to refuse to give us our missing food till someone was called so I told her no give me my food I want my food she told me NO. The manger showed up and had a little attitude and when my husband was trying to speak she got smart talking about I done let you speak. Needless to say I got my money and I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER BE EATING THERE AGAIN.
And again I would like to apologize to Cedric for having to call him so late and I truly appreciate him being willing to help me with it being so late.

Cederic was there due to the storm. I didn't know we had a curfew and he still got my food prepared and brought it to me. Service was great, food was the best it's ever been. Big boss being in store definitely makes a difference. I'm so happy to see him there supporting his team.

I ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake milkshakes and you barely taste the cheesecake and they forgot the crumbles in top of the shake... Had to call back for them to bring me some crumbles in a cup
