Waiting 30+ minutes for an online order is insane. Get new employees or just close the dang place. Never had a good experience and will not be back.

The young lady at the drive thru window has the opportunity to be such a beautiful woman but has the personality, energy and attitude of block wall! Her nails are done nicely, her hair is the Minnie Mouse ear double bun style in braided weave, her skin complexion and facial bone structure are absolutely flawless, and has more going for her than most. So, for her to act like she hates her job or talking to customers is such a disappointment because if she’d get her butt off her shoulders and acted like she looks, I bet she could turn so many peoples days/nights around. Heck, if she would just speak up and smile that would be a start. I go to Taco Bell all the time and my normal ladies know me! However, tonight I was greeted by this young lady and it took all the wind out of my sails and ultimately cost me to lose my appetite. I really want to go back and ask her to step outside and talk to me to see if she’s okay because I mean she looked like she hated everyone and everything and when I see people like that, especially those working in the public food and/or service industry, it makes me feel sad for them! I’m only doing this review and putting it so low in hopes that this young lady sees it and realizes that there are people out here who actually care and look forward to seeing you. And the fact that she has the perfect opportunity to be that bright shining star in someone’s dim and dark day. So, just smile and embrace life. I sincerely hope you know that God loves you and I do too! I’m not mad at you and I’m not complaining. I’m telling you to look in the mirror and realize that God has blessed you and even though things may be tough in your life or something else is going on, you have to put that on the back burner because it is your job to make customers feel like they are the most valuable and valued part of your day when you’re at work. I hope that our paths cross again and the experience is better for both of us.

I am a Vegetarian and chose to purchase the Black Bean Crunchwrap I Received Ground Beef as a Protein option instead of Black beans , I will not eat here again !! They cannot Follow simple instructions if they would focus on the task at hand instead of worrying about Restaurants continuous rush and volume maybe my ordered would have been made properly.

The purpose of an online order is so that the food will be ready to pick up when you get there. Not sure why I am waiting 30+ minutes for my online order while every one in the drive through is getting served immediately.

Busy Tuesday night at 6pm.. wait was expected and our order was made in a timely manner! We dined in. The staff communicated well, no chaos coming from the kitchen despite being busy. Pleasant experience and I don’t typically do fast food.
Dirty floors.. Tortilla on the tacos are hard around edges and the chalupas are hard and almost impossible to bite through!!! And to mention little to no meat!! Employees are loud and obnoxious talking about personal life issues.
I was asked at the drive thru if I could come in to order. I couldn't I had my grandson who wasn't feeling well. They went ahead and took my order after I paid they asked me to pull up so I did. I had to wait 45 minutes for my food. I wish I had never stopped and I never will again.

Was there at about 11 at night. Worst Taco Bell that I have ever had. If I wasn't in drive-through and had left, it would have been returned.

What a horrific experience. Pulled up to our local Taco Bell trying to order food after church and was greated with the worst customer service I have Ever experience in my entire life. Whispering in the monitor, then fussing because they couldn’t hear us steadily talking garbage throughout the monitor. Had an attitude the whole time didn’t want me to finish my order that was obvious .so I just stoped and told them I was going to order more but that would be fine I had the kids stuff ordered . Get to the window asked to speak to the manager manager was nice, but still couldn’t control the employee Mrs Carrissa behind the manager at the window was steady, hollering and fussing at us, rolling her eyes, letting us know how to spell her name for this review. With my child sitting in the back seat. It was a catastrophe, absolutely disgrace and you don’t want your child to see. We are suppose to be the example for kids. Sad world We live in now. No repercussions for actions. Needless to say we canceled our order.
