When i came to wendys drive thru, I was automatically greeted with hold on.. Girl sounded frustrated.. I sat there for 6 minutes with no returned employee, so I said excuse me are we taking orders, the annoyed female stated yea, hold on.. So I held on only because my grand daughter loves the nuggets... another 7 minutes passed with yet again no returned employee.. enough was enough until I drove away...

Our favorite stop for Apple Pecan and Cranberry Salad with Vingrette Dressing. Pretty low calories if you leave off the Blue Cheese!!

It’s Wendy’s. If you like it, the food is good. The service is questionable. I use the mobile app every time. At this location, they do not have bottled water. I have ordered it and get to the store and they have told me twice that they didn’t have it. The second time they told me they don’t carry it. Today, there was absolutely no customer in the restaurant and one customer left the drive thru as I was pulling in. They didn’t have my order ready and it had been at least 10 minutes to drive there ( plus I sat in my car after I had ordered so it was likely 20 minutes). I waited about 10 more minutes and they brought me 4 classic chicken sandwiches and a Dave’s double. The server seems to have a problem if you order online because I guess they don’t like to check. Every time I come to this location I have to pull ahead and wait for my order. Today was no different except that a truck came in about 5 minutes after me, went to the window and was served immediately and left, then a few more cars came up and were served while I waited for my order which had NO drinks and NO fries. Sandwiches only. I have learned that this place is not welcoming to customers and they like to waste my time. I never say anything except that I placed a mobile order and my name, and I say thank you when I receive my order. I will not be using this location any more. It’s too much of a hassle for the employees to do their job. Nice building, food is good, you may or may not receive your order correctly or timely and they will make sure you know they don’t appreciate your business.
The three girls were rude. I paid $3extra on my meal deal for my cold brew to be a large and they tried to give me a SMALL instead of the LARGE I paid for.. they all tried to argue with me saying it was indeed a large when it OBVIOUSLY was a SMALL. When the manager said it was a SMALL, they got attitude.. they took it back and got the large, gave me the large only 3/4 of the way full and NO FLAVOR. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! 01/02/25 @ 6:32p

So I decided to go to Wendy's today before work. I saw a few cars in the drive thru and went inside. I encountered another line but, longer. I waited a few minutes and enjoyed The Beastie Boys Brass Monkey on the radio. So as I was listening and observing the workers I realized that they were not even helping the customers inside of the restaurant. They were only taking care of the drive thru orders. So after about 10 minutes of the line not moving and nobody being served, I left. I know that it's the holidays and it's still maybe lunch time for some but what a disappointment. I'm probably not going to make another attempt to get a baked potato and fries again. So I will just be hungry. Get it together and get organized.

Grilled chicken wrap was terrible the chicken was old and had No sweet tea it was a terrible experience won't go back.
