Very rude people work at disestablishment their customer service is horrible. Parking lot is small restaurant is a little unclean.While my family and I were in the car sitting in drive-through waiting for our food, a young man called over someone else that worked there telling them to look and make remarks and looking in our car they play around way too much. It was a horrible experience. I called to get the managers name. He’s not available however will be calling tomorrow. They definitely made me feel very uncomfortable as well as my husband and gave us a bad taste. We doubt we will never be going back to Bojangles any Bojangles as far as that goes. Thank thank

Went thru the drive thru and ordered an 8 piece chicken and biscuits no sides..was told to park and they would bring my food. After 20 minutes I went inside to see what the holdup was...4 employees standing around arguing about a doordash order that just came in. Took another 10 minutes to get my food even tho there was a pile of chicken . I will NEVER stop by this Bojangles again

So I ordered the 3 piece meal which includes 2 thighs and 1 leg. People check your food before you leave the drive thru, they slipped in a breast on yo boy. Now if I wanted a breast I would have ordered it. But you all figured oh he won't check. The simple fact that you all couldn't say sir, im sorry but we're shirt on thighs right now, would you like a different piece or something else?, now that would be awesome customer service, that's not what I got. I give 2 stars for the nice young man that took my money and gave me my order. Clearly he didn't know that was being bamboozled. Thanks Mr. Bojangles. Great biscuits though.

I rarely go to Bojangles but one of the things I like there is the Bo sauce. They claim they don't have it at this location ever.the side of Fry's was like 4

Twice I ordered in the drive thru line and had to park to wait on my food to be made. They forgot about my order. Twice. On two separate occasions. When I went inside to remind them about my food I saw an employee drop a sauce container, pick it back up off the floor, and put it in a box which was served to another customer. It’s nasty and the management needs to do something. Make sure orders are not forgotten or simply don’t make people pull forward to wait on a chicken supremes box.
