So I ordered the 3 piece meal which includes 2 thighs and 1 leg. People check your food before you leave the drive thru, they slipped in a breast on yo boy. Now if I wanted a breast I would have ordered it. But you all figured oh he won't check. The simple fact that you all couldn't say sir, im sorry but we're shirt on thighs right now, would you like a different piece or something else?, now that would be awesome customer service, that's not what I got. I go to the one in Newport in rock hill. The atmosphere is like eating with family. The service is great. We meet up with friends that we have met there. The people who work there smile even if they had a day where they were short handed or really busy and they make you feel at homeParking: I appreciate the fact they have handicap parking and also veteran parking especially since my husband is a disabled veteran

I have nothing bad to say about this location. I suggest not to place your order before 8pm or they will be sold out of certain items which is completely understandable so food isn't wasted by closing. Everyone was so friendly and courteous, and they appreciated my patience and understanding. I do believe in the golden rule. But before leaving, as they can get quite busy, double check your order.
