Service is great and staff always friendly but they keep running out of ranch and the fries are usually cold and under-seasoned.
People were standing around waiting for their orders. The manager was standing right there, not talking to customers, not filling orders, just watching his workers. Looked like he was in a daze and didn't know what to do.
