Just tried to order coffees. We were told you HAD to use the kiosk. Nobody would answer you at the counter. A bunch of people walked out due to the kiosks not working and nobody answering the counter. You will start losing customers if you do not answer customers at the counter. Me personally, I've driven to the Clover McDonalds just to get better service. They are friendly and like to help their customers. 👎Also, managers (if that's who you really are!)
