I came through the drive thru today 5/28/22 at the Zaxbys in Clover South Carolina it was not too busy at that time. My mom takes medications so i had to get food for her to take her meds. I ordered 2 cobb salads with no bacon and 3 chocolate cookies. I was told by the drive thru person that there was a wait for the cookies. I just get the salads. They are fresh, lots of green lettuce and don't taste like they were made days ago. I I think the grilled chicken tastes better on them than the fried chicken.
Proven by the 3.2 star review, I travel all over the U.S. and this Zaxby has to be the worst. They are ALWAYS out of something—sauces, salad, coke, food. For years, the biggest joke in our house and neighborhood is that one day we are going to go and they will be out of chicken. But in all seriousness, I think the locals take it out on the employees, but this is a management issue.
