I stopped here for lunch today and the service was so exceptional I had to write a review. The guy working driver thru around 12-1ish today was amazing! I drove up and off with a smile due to his customer service. He did not rush me and made sure I got everything I wanted. The food was delicious and hot, they did not forget anything and it was fast.
Sloppy service.
The staff was quick to take my order and put it in. There were only a few other cars in line, so I ordered and got to the window quickly. I ordered a double burger tray and slowly named off what I wanted on the burger, to ensure I got it all correctly as they missed ingredients the last time I visited. I asked for onion rings and cheese bites for my sides. Now when I left the drive through with my food, it was definitely wrong. I got the cheese bites...

Cookout is awesome! Great food served by people with great attitudes. They truly seem to enjoy working there, even though the pay rate is not so great. Even if you're not hungry, have a milkshake! They're worth it 😋
