We eat at Totto’s all the time. Great service and excellent food! Ginny has the best service and makes the most amazing guacamole…best we’ve ever had!!
Service was horrible. Ordered the California Burrito - steak. Took one bite, steak was a bit crunchy. No big deal. Second bite was like trying to eat bones. Couldn't even cut the small pieces of steak with a knife. Told the waitress to just take it back. I had lost my appetite at this point. When paying the bill, they argued with us and said we had to pay for the burrito even though we sent it back uneaten.
